I initially got this cage and it was damaged. I could not use it in the condition it was in. The customer service was great! They responded very fast to me and sent me a replacement. My replacement came in excellent condition and very fast. Very grateful to this company with their help. I have a Shepherd that has separation anxiety that has busted through every cage we have put him in when we were not at home and has chewed through doors and our drywall. He has been using this cage for a few days and has not been able to chew through it or use his body weight to bust through it. Definitely would recommend this.

BUYER BEWARE!I ordered two kennels and both had multiple dings, bent pieces, and indents. They need to better package their merchandise in their boxes so that upon delivery the carriers don't bang up the product! Super Annoying and frustrating!The ad and pictures on Amazon clearly show 1 large plastic under tray, and that is not what came in any of the boxes with the product. What came are two plastic trays which leaves areas that don't catch any of the dogs accidents or mess, getting it all over your floor. I don't feel this is right that they advertise one thing, and ship another. VERY MISLEADING!I would hope they read this comment and send me out TWO large plastic trays that completely cover the base of the kennel like advertised.

Supper sturdy, I love it and my dog feels like a king in there. He’s only 55 pounds but he’s a strong pit, he broke 2 cages when we first got him (he’s a rescue) and his anxiety was horrible. With this cage he learned soon after he’s not getting out lol and all together his anxiety went away. I still wouldn’t trust him in any other cage besides this one!

This was a great purchase! I read all the reviews and decided to take a chance and I’m so glad I had. My husky chewed through the crate that I paid so much for. It couldn’t contain him....this kennel keeps him contained when needed and he fits beautifully.

While this cage is sturdy it has paint that flakes off if your dog chews on it at all . Our 90 lb dog recently developed anxiety and started chewing at out moulding which is why we got him a cage and gave him anti anxiety pills from the vet . We were gone only a short period and he chewed at the bars which started to flake paint ( he’s only used it four times and look at the pics ) under the paint it started to rust . Also watch if your dog has any anxiety, mine broke a tooth on the extremely hard bars .We will be returning or asking for money back , I hope the 100 percent money back guarantee is legit.

definitely worth the money, tho when it arrived the box was kinda tore but everything was in there that needed to be in there. my dog as tried to escape but is finding out very quickly that its not going to work... very happy with the product.

Holes would line up. It took some heavy muscle to get them in place. My 4 months old great dane has already broke a bunch of the bars with her head. Sending it back and going a different route

In the beginning of April we rescued 4 years old 46 lbs pit bull lab mix. After a week we found out that he has severe separation anxiety. We had regular wired crate, but while our doggie was trying to get out of it he injured his nose and paws pretty badly. Then we started leaving him in one room and he destroyed our futon completely. Then he switched to the door and door trim ( door in still okay if we will paint it), but we will have to change the trim. And cause he was trying to dig out his way, now we will need to change the carpet in the room too. During this time we tried plastic crate. It took our dog 2 minutes to open the door and keep destroying the room. So our last hope was this crate. My mother-in-law purchased it for us since she has Amazon prime. It was pretty pricey, but it worth it. She bought it on Friday, on Tuesday we already got the crate. Package were missing 3 screws for the lock, but one lock works good for us ( i bought in Walmart Hiking Carabiner‎ for $1.50 to secure the door). Even that our dog still digging and biting the crate, he only chips the paint of...And so far no deep bite marks at all.
