Good price. Everything included for installation. Seems sturdy.
if you need a basic mount that is height adjustable, you can’t go wrong with this. I found the instruction (diagrams) a bit hard to use and identifying the different size washers was a task. But after a bit of patience and study I was able to get it assembled. It has a lot of adjustment points and I was able to get it dialled in for my projector fairly rapidly. Most areas of adjustment have four screws and it’s a bit of a pain as it does take a bit of tinkering to get the right angle and tighten everything without losing the adjustments. Many projector mount suffer from the same issue. The extension is designed so that it won’t come apart but I wouldn’t rely on the little metal tab stops to actually support the weight of a projector so ensure that the bolt is tightened sufficiently to prevent it from dropping. There is only one. There are four arms and three different size screws and washers to accommodate different projectors. My Sony projector only required three mounting points, so I simply removed the fourth arm. Everything you need to mount the projector to the mount and the mount to the ceiling is included. I didn’t run my cables up the centre of the extension as suggested in the manual as my cables are too short as rigid. I think for the price, this mount is sturdy enough for most projects and I would give it a solid 4 1/2 out of 5 based on price, design and inclusion of all the necessary screws and parts. Would be even better if I came fully assembled that right out of the box. My only real grape, is on the hook that connects the bottom half to the top half has two plastic bushings on each side, four in total. It is intended that the metal piece that moves goes in between the plastic bushings. Doing so while supporting the weight of a fairly heavy projector standing on a ladder is a bit awkward. I backed the screws out as far as they would go so I could create space between the bushings and have a clear path for the hook. It worked, but was a bit finicky.

Been using it since 2021 and am still happy with it.
If you need a low hanging ceiling mount for a projector, I can recommend this. Just make sure you can work with the minimum height. I've used it for about 5-6 years. The four point mount is very secure, and it has plenty of points for adjustment. I'm currently looking for a new projector and am very glad that the mounting brackets are so adjustable so I don't have to install a new mount. My ceiling is angled and it holds it in place, angled at the top, quite well. It's lightweight but all metal. My ceiling is pretty low and I've bumped it a few times on accident but it hasn't warped. It's loosened up a few times making it too easy to bump the projector out of place, but tightening the bolts resolves this, so as long as its relatively accessible this isn't a huge issue. It's a pretty good value.
