At first, I was skeptical of the Pretty Plus. But I was surprised by how effective the thing is. It doesn't hit like a bong or pipe. Slow, long draws are the key to vaping on this. I recommend a mid-coarse grinder. Too fine a grind, and you'll be sucking salad. After first session, wait for it to cool, stir contents with the nifty little metal scoop/probe they included. Then re-heat and go again. It'll certainly get the job done. Clean-up is a breeze. For loading it, use the scoop or use a tiny funnel. And the heat color change is amazing, showing when the device is still hot.

An amazing tool! This vape pen is not aluminum; it's ceramic! It heats the dry herbs evenly and the pen changes color to let you know when it's reached the proper temperature. Comes with a cleaning brush, a packing tool and an extra mouthpiece. They really put some thought into designing it. It's easy to use, no mess. Just charge it, fill it up with your favorite herb and you're ready to go. I like the sleek design and it's discreet too.

The product, unfortunately, looks and sounds better than it actually is. The plus sides is it is quite easy to use (once you figure out the button patterns from relatively poor English translation in the directions); it comes with its own charger, cleaner, and spare parts; it heats VERY quickly up to a consistent heat; and it is portable.The downsides: because it heats up so quickly, the battery is drained after only a few uses before it needs recharging. If you've used other vapes before, then you know that their effect compared to other smoking products is a different feel. Unfortunately for this one, it's not as long lasting a feel as other ones I've had (this could just be for my case and not for everyone else's). The effect itself too is weaker than received from other smoking products, but, here again, maybe that's just me.So to summarize: Not the best in the world, but buying it won't end the world.

Well it took a long time to heat up so when it finally did heat up enough to get 1 good hit then the device continues to go through the heating cycle to where it got to hot to even use again good thing I had changed the tip to the glass tip because the plastic tip would have surely melted maybe even caught on fire so I am trying to shut the vape off but it is to hot to touch without protective gloves I get gloves to remove the chamber from the battery to be able to shut it off safely,so I am finally able disconnect the chamber from battery and pressed button five times to shut it off, so I tried to contact the seller just 20 minutes ago for a return and they conveniently are having problems processing return complaints it says to try back at a later date WOW I wouldn't recommend this product or any of their other products to anyone because of safety issues with this.so I will see where I get with these people I didn't even want to give this product 1 🌟 but had to select one just to leave this review this is the glove I had to use to disconnect the to parts before the product may have caused a fire unbelievable 👎😣👊😒👋😞

This product is not wat i expected very disappointed it doesn't hit like i though 😔 bearly get any smoke from it in for 40$ it should heat better to burn but not this one i would think it didnt work.

Came way early, just in time for vacation! Takes a little getting use to do but works well.
