This packet contains 3 flavors. The flavors are subtle and not overpowering. This makes plain water have a slight taste which is quite pleasant. You can feel the hydration in your mouth after a few sips. I like to drink it before my CrossFit workouts or if my mouth starts drying out. I haven’t needed but one or less per day to stay hydrated and energized. A good value for the money. The individual packets are small and easy to pack. The only con I can think of was the first time I opened the packet I was not careful to tear across and lost a bit of the fluid. Just open straigh across and no more product lost. Enjoy!

Short version: works great, used judiciously tastes great, but the current packets vs. old bottle is wasteful and far too expensive.I started fasting after my husband had a stroke a couple years ago. I never had before but suddenly there just wasn't time to think about eating. It was great, fairly easy after the first 4-5 days, the weight loss was so easy, and health benefits have been amazing! But, while eating wasn't a priority most days or even most weeks, hydration is the most important thing. So I started searching and came across this brand being recommended in many fasting communities.When I first bought it, it was in a bottle. The taste was fantastic and I could tell a difference right away once I started using them daily. When I went to reorder it again however, the company had stopped packaging it in the bottles and sold them only as the packs they come in now. I hate that! There are far fewer servings for the same amount of money, you can't adjust how much you can put in for your taste (using a whole packet is way too much for me). But, how are you supposed to carry thee packets around anyway since once they're open it needs to be refrigerated?I really do love these far more than any others I've tried--and there have been a LOT! I fast, I live in the desert, and I need the electrolyte supplement. But these packets are way too expensive for me now, especially since a good 2/3 of the product goes to waste.I wish they have a choice of bottles or packets but since they don't I'm still searching for something that tastes as good but isn't as wasteful or expensive.

Great product, I have ordered twice and both times they come damaged .

I liked the flavor. I bought it because I feel dehydrated. I haven't tried it long enough to see if it works. I am going to use it longer to see if it will work for me

The coconut flavor is amazing. As an individual with electrolyte issues, supplements are a must. These are great for travel and helped with inevitable jet lag and assimilation to a new climate and environment but they are too expensive for daily use for me. Also 2 packets leaked for some reason increasing the cost factor. Buy if on a deal!

I love this product so far, but a few packets came torn. Im having a difficult time figuring out how to reach the seller to get a replacement. ITS TOO MUCH $$ not to.

Full disclosure: I have typically used another product (Flyby) for hydration, and that is what I'm comparing to. Also, the original single bottle I recieved, was damaged and they sent me two replacements, and requested I leave an honest review.)This review is based on the Coconut flavor.When my original bottle was damaged and leaking, I sent the seller a note through Amazon. They replied quickly and kindly and with hardly a request, they offered to send a replacement bottle at no charge, and they included a second bottle of their new lemon-lime flavor for free. Astoundingly good customer service. The two bottles arrived in a nicely packed little box, which someone clearly took the time to carefully line with color-coordinated tissue paper (little details matter a lot). Very impressed with their customer service. A+++ . That alone would earn them 5 stars.I used the Coconut flavor in the drink I normally prepare in my afternoon and up until now, I have used another brand of hydration drops, which have no flavor (except salty). I enjoy the taste of coconut, so I have that going for me. (Can anyone say, "LaCroix Coconut Flavor Sparkling Water?" Uhhhh.... YUM!!!!)The taste was stronger than I expected. The taste itself isn't bad. It's okay. I wouldn't add or take away any stars for flavor. There are two things, however, which were slight drawbacks and the only reasons I gave 4-stars. First, it is quite sweet, which I wasn't expecting, because as I understand it, there are no added sweeteners. I didn't really care for the sweetness. I would much prefer the plain saltwater taste. Second, the coconut flavor had an aftertaste. It wasn't awful, but it was distinct enough that I enjoyed my historically favorite drink a little less.I will still use it. It's not nearly bad enough to throw out. I hope they tweak the formula and pull back on the sweet and flovoring a little. But otherwise, it certainly does the trick for hydration. The flavor/sweet/aftertaste is likely just a matter of.... uh..... taste?I hope this was helpful in some way. Enjoy your hydration.

This is my first time hearing of this company and product. I liked it because it uses clean sugars with no chemicals and it's fits my low carb, low sugar lifestyle. I couldn't help but feel a little cheated and envious of the previous bottled form of this product from previous reviews. It seems to be way easier to deal with and you get more bang for your buck.When I got my product it was sticky inside the main bag from one of the little pouches leaking. I tried to contact the seller to send another or exchange (its not really cheap considering the about of pouches and product so one being busted makes the amount of pouches even more expensive), but there is no way to report this or return. This will be my first and last time being as though other people experienced leaking pouches to. Perhaps the company was on to something with their previous packaging. For the customers that were complaining about the old bottle, have either option available or provide mini containers that they could buy themselves.
