I do this detox every year and usually lose 9lbs in 9 days. This time I tried the berry version which I found much nicer than the peach or natural flavour. One tip I have is I find if I fast for 24hrs before starting the detox and eat clean for 11 days after the results seem to last for a lot longer eg a clear complexion, reduction in bloating/water retention and the weight doesn't come back on so quickly. Also turning the 9 day detox into a 21 day one evens out the cost!!

All the negative reviews are people who are not doing this properly. You have to put 100% into this. Make sure you have a few days off from work before you start as you may experience headaches. Keyword MAY. If you go from eating junk and heavy meals to the detox obviously you are going to find it hard. I quit fizzy drinks and ate smaller meals a few days beforehand I had no headaches or aches just abit of hunger on day 3. This completley helps to change eating habits and helps you drink alot of water without realising as the tests require you to drink 240ml water minimum. 100% worth it and have done this previously many times to help lose weight and detox as you should from time to time. Only thing I did not do is drink the protein shake as any shake makes me feel sick. I had 240ml of milk red top only and still lost the weight.

I usually love this item for a detox. On this occasion there was not enough shake supplied to complete the course, so incomplete detox.

Did not receive plastic bottle or tape measure, very disappointed with box but will leave overall review once completed day 1 today .

I’m reviewing this early because I’m so impressed !! Brought as a detox and a kick start to a diet all I have had is positive results , I’m on day 6 and have already lost 9lb in weight and 3 inches !!!! Haven’t been hungry at all and it’s really simple to follow . Highly recommended !! Can’t wait to reach day 9 to see the final results.Update day 9 weigh in, I’ve stuck to the plan 100% other than I cracked last night and had a black coffee, weigh in this morning I got on the scales expecting very little changes from the previous weigh in but oh my I can’t believe it … another 5 lb gone !!! A total of 14lb in 9 days !!!! So happy with the results

I just received the box I haven't tried it yet but it was missing the shaker from the box and the Measure.

I’ve used this product twice now and both times I’ve lost on average 1lb a day (so 9lb over the 9 day detox)It kick starts you into a healthier lifestyle.I’m massively surprised people on here are saying it doesn’t work? I know certain programmes are dependent on body but you literally don’t eat anything for the first two days, how on earth you can claim to have put weight on or not lost any weight is beyond me.Follow it by the book and you’ll lose the weight. Anyone saying they’ve lost nothing isn’t doing what they should be, guaranteed.About to purchase my 3rd lot.
