Excellent carb! Allowed me to get the 2yr old Generac 6500 fixed enough to run again so I could sell that piece of junk and buy a decent generator! HINT: This one comes with the fuel cutoff solenoid - which you probably don't need if your generator is didn't have it in the first place or doesn't have electric start. There are two fixes that work: A) Remove the solenoid and use the main carb fuel bowl screw from your old carb (if it's not rusted out) and just use that in place of the solenoid or B) Cut off the solenoid plunger with a pair of good heavy wire nipper or small bolt cutter. If you do these mods remember to SHUT OFF the fuel valve from the gas tank when you're not using the generator, otherwise you can get fuel running into the carb, into the motor and all over if the float valve sticks open.
