I’ve taken caffeine pills with L-Theanine before which is a component you find in green tea, and although they’d work smoothly I’d still experience subtle jitteriness. These green tea pills have a similar effect without the jitters! And I love it. It seems to keep me alert and energized but not in a way that’s noticeable as it would if you drank coffee. If you’re looking for a subtle energy boost this is it. Now, if you’re looking for an energy boost to go to the gym you might want to look into caffeine pills or a pre workout as this won’t be sufficient enough to boost you up.

I’ve been taking these for a few weeks and have noticed that i’m not eating as much as i used to. i used to binge on snacks and things like that, but i don’t anymore. i have lost 5lbs so far.

I bought this because I was looking for a quality decaffeinated green tea extract with high dose but when I got the bottle I could clearly see the labels. It’s low caffeine but not caffeine free. This is important some people cannot have caffeine and 1 serving is only 300mg. Great marketing to say the strength of 6000mg but if you need a specific dose this is 300mg per pill. Not sure why it comes up in the Amazon search when you search for caffeine free green tea extract but it is NOT caffeine free.
