I have rosacea, so I have to watch what i use on my face., these are soft and thick . I bought one package in December and I came back and bought two more. I've had more expensive "brand name" microfiber wash cloths and I like these better. You do still need a makeup remover, however I would never just rely on a washcloth to remove a full make-up face.

I've recently discovered Nadine Baggott's YouTube videos (aka The Beauty Know It All). She highly recommends microfiber cloths for removing makeup, and she is spot on! These microfiber cloths take off every last speck of makeup, including waterproof and tubing mascaras. Although they look gnarly when I toss them in the washer, they come out perfectly clean and white every time, with no special treatment. I also use the dark grey version of these for handwashing dishes and love them equally for that task. For such a simple product, they are a life-changer!

This is harder to clean than one would think, especially when using this to take off make up. I suggest using cream or milk cleansers on your face with your bare hands; at least your skin has natural barriers so that make up comes off.

Perfect microfiber cloths for removing makeup. I was surprised to find that I don’t even need soap with these, though I do use a cleaner after wiping away my makeup. Great price and a wonderful alternative to makeup wipes or other disposable options.

I bought this to oil cleanse my face, and it does not work for this. It is so soft that it clings to the skin so the oil doesn't get wiped off. Since it doesn't glide over the skin, you end up pulling on your skin too much.

They are grey so no discoloring. Very soft and do not need cleanser for face washing. I like them better than the Norwex microfiber which became crusty with my hard water. So far these are still soft. What I know is you never use bleach or fabric softeners with microfiber, and you should wash separately from your regular towels.

These are incredibly soft and I use them daily on my face. They wash easily enough and because of the color, I'm not worried about them getting noticeably dirty. I'll gladly get more in the future.

Updated review:After using these for a bit, I really love them! I used them for washing my face and they do take my makeup off too. Very pleasedThese were a lot thinner than the picture so that was disappointing. They do the job I suppose though. Don’t take my makeup off very well. But I just use them for washing my face.
