Does nothing
I have had success with other lidocaine products before at the same or a lower concentration then this one however this does absolutely nothing I bought it to take the sting off when using my tria laser hair remover and... It still hurts the same. Tested it on my hand too, no affect. Now I've used a different brand of lidocaine at 4% and that was strong enough to pierce my lip and feel nothing but this can't even slightly take the edge off of ANYTHING. Don't waste your money. Aspercreme is better. Emla is even more better.

Solid numbing spray
Great lidocaine spray have used for piercings, tattoos, big bites, etc it works well and is decent priced. Doesn’t last a very long time probably around 30-45 mins but takes the edge off.

Works, but wish it was thicker
Most importantly, it helps my pain. I've been looking for a few years for something that work on my muscle/nerve pain. It has water-like consistency, i wish it was a little bit thicker so you could apply it more accurately. Certain muscles on my leg are hard to apply without it dripping all over. I have to lay a big towel under it while spraying. Locks works well, while still being easy for an adult to use.

Doesn't even work a little bit
This stuff is terrible. It doesn't work even a little bit, and it smells awful. I've tried multiple amounts (small dose, big dose, etc.) on multiple locations (body parts) and multiple people, and even on a superficial level, it does nothing. I bought it to do deep massage work in sensitive/ticklish areas like the armpit/pec, and it didn't even lessen the tickle sensation. I also wanted to use it for Gua Sha/Graston to make it less uncomfortable, but again, nothing. It was a true waste of money.

Eh.
It does help a little bit with the pain relief but you have to spray it on, let it soak in or dry, spray it on again, repeat 3-4 times before you actually get any relief. I just feel like the cream is better for me. It’s a waste of money if I have to keep spraying it on over and over. Waste of product, too. And it only helps for 30-40 minutes for me.

Works well.
Works great. Easy to aim and spray. The fluid might be a little thin, meaning it will run so you will need a tissue so it doesn't run all over, so if it were a bit thicker it might stay in place, but then it might be harder to spray.

Helps take the edge off weekly home auto-injector shot
Due to a health issue, I self-administer an auto-injector shot at home once a week. It is a pretty big needle and is pretty painful to do. I'm on my second bottle of the Ebanel lidocaine spray and while it does not completely numb the area, it definitely helps take the edge off the pain. I clean the area on my leg and give a few sprays of the lidocaine where I plan to put the auto-injector. The spray basically no smell and is not greasy. I let it sit on my leg for 10-15 minutes to let it have as much effect as possible and then do the auto-injector. I will keep using this product unless I happen to find something better.
