It is a pack of 8. They hold the intake spacer assembly to aluminum intake manifold, but do not forget to purchase the complete intake manifold assembly casket set.

On my dad’s 2001 d150 didn’t fit. I had to buy the rubber circles only and cut off the original ones and replaced them hen that way.
