Dyson Quick Release Wand (Purple), Part No. 969109-04, Designed for use with V7, V8, V10 and V11 cordless stick vacuums

I wanted to extend my reach to the dust on the ceiling without climbing a ladder. This was the trick. I haven't used it enough to know if the suction changed but it seems to do what I intended. I gave it 4 stars but I wasn't sure what they wanted to know by Sheerness. It's exactly like the one that comes with the Dyson V11.

This is essentially the only difference between a dyson handheld and the dyson animal. It's about 100 dollar difference between the two at retail but this is less than half the cost so its a great way to save money. Im not sure if its an authentic dyson product but it definitely feels like it.

Ridiculous price for what it is, did not realize this was coming from outside the US , after waiting a month for delivery it arrives with a dent in it ! Oh well …..buyer beware

Very easy to attach, de-attach. Perfect length. Not sure what Amazon is looking for in terms of suction power, sheerness and thickness In this review for this part, none of which is really relevant. But whatever. If you’re going to spend $300 (Or more) on a cordless handheld vacuum you should get this to save your back for those quick spills. I would absolutely get it again.

After reading a previous review on here regarding getting a bad wand with his original Dyson purchase I gave it a shot. It was exactly the same problem and this wand saved the day. The vacuum was useless without it.

It is a replacement wand for my V12, price is way to high. Guess you gave to oay fir the Dyson name.

Perfect fit for the Dyson V7 car+boat. Now I have the extension tube that allows me to use this in the home as well as out and about.

As an upgrade to our hand held V7 it works wonderfully, it drives the power head just fine and allows it to be used as an upright and saves your back.
