LifeSmart Spas LS200-T 4 Person Round 110V Outdoor Hot Tub with 13 Jets and Cover

I really do like this hot tub. Every time I get in I'm happy I bought it. Every time I see the electric bill though I kind of wish I hadn't gotten it. My electric bill went up $70-100 a month just to use it once a week or once every other week. I keep the temp down at 90 during the week and turn it up to go in. Sometimes I just go in at 95 because it takes so long to heat up. It's never reached more than 100 degrees. If I get in at 100 degrees, it is down to 97 by the end of the 45 minutes (even with half the lid on). Sometimes I get in and have to get out because it's too cold! It raises about a degree an hour, so if you're planning on going in, make sure you give it plenty of time to heat up....like an entire day. It's comfortable for two people. The lights are nice. I like the color/finish compared to some others around the same price. I'd try to be home when it's delivered, because mine was delivered to the home next door and I had to move it myself (wouldn't recommend)! Overall I think you get what you get for the price.

I am about 5 months into owning this spa, and I'm completely happy with it. Everything shipped carefully and arrived as promised. After owning 3 versions of the inflatable models, I decided I would invest in something a little more substantial that will last. So far, this is a great spa. Holds temp well, circulates the water well, nice sturdy cover. I do suggest keeping this under a patio cover or in a garage to extend the life of the materials. I'm happy with the purchase!

What a great item for a realistic price. We didn’t want a $10k hot tub, but didn’t want an inflatable one either. This is the perfect middle ground. The foot space is lacking, but that’s no big deal unless you’ve got it packed with people. Four of us have fit with no issues. You’re fully submerged when sitting and the jets are super strong on your back. We love it and definitely recommend purchasing one.

Absolutely enjoy my LifeSmart hot tub. No trouble setup, essentially plug and play. Have had it for about a year now and use it nearly everyday and sometimes twice daily. Perfect for my wife and me to sooth our aches and pains.

Problems from the get-go. First of all, the hot tub was delayed getting to us, because it somehow got lost during shipping (how does one lose a hot tub?). When the hot tub arrived, the removable panel to access the pump and heater was dented and was clearly a manufacturing problem, not one caused by shipping. The tub has been plugged in and running continuously for about three days now and has yet to reach any temperature over 97 degrees (can’t wait to see the electric bill). There is also visible steam escaping from the cover no matter how much shifting and tightening we do. Also, calling this a 4 person tub is quite a stretch. While there may be 4 seats, there is realistically room for about two, maybe three small people. Overall, I’ve been very underwhelmed by this hot tub and the entire experience it has provided. Oh, and good luck finding a website or any online support from the manufacturer. Save up a bit extra money and buy yourself something nicer than this toy. It will be worth it to avoid the headaches.
