Life Force Multiple Iron Free Daily Multivitamin High Potency Essential Vitamins, Minerals, Antioxidants & Nutrients - Energy & Immune Boost* - 120 Capsules

I found a review that I would like to share because it shares all my beliefs on the product it is from supplement review. This is the review I was looking to see before I made the purchase hopefully it will be for you all as well. This is one of the best regular multies. And when I say "regular", I mean that it's a product not specialized, that it can be taken all year long and that it doesn't have special blends of herbs, aminos, enzymes etc. This is not necesserily bad, since many herbs are not meant to be taken constantly. I always prefer to take herbs separately and for specific time, in order to control what goes into my system and when I need it. Returning to Life Force, it's a qualitative multivitamin. And this is why; 1. Vitamin A in two forms (b-carotene and palmitate) in order to increase chances of absorption. 2. Vitamin C, 500 mg, in two forms again. 3. Vitamin D3 (the most active form of D), 1000 IU. 4. Vitamin E 200 IU plus blend of tocotrienols and gamma-E complex. This is quite important, since vitamin E is in fact a complex of 8 components (4 tocopherols - 4 tocotrienols) and taking only a-tocopherol, although it's the most active form, can lead to deficinecies of the other 7, especially gamma-tocopherol. 5. B-complex vitamins in good amounts and forms, such as P5P and methylcobalamin (enzymatic forms of B6 and B12). Most of today's multies provide these vitamins as pyridoxine and cyanocobalamin, which are not readily utilized and chances of absorption are lower. 6. Good forms and reasonable amounts of minerals. Give focus here, there are not oxide or sulfate forms, which are cheap and have poor rates of absorption. Intsead, there are chelate forms in order, again, to be ultilized from your body better. 7. There are also inositol and choline at good doses, plus various things that although I don't think that make a huge difference, some of them like quercetin, NAC, MSM, turmeric etc, are good additions. After all it's a multi, so what really matters is the basics, vitamins and minerals. One drawback I find at Life Force, is the absence of vitamin K2. I hope that Source Naturals will add it during the next re-formulation of this product. Until then, I suggest to add some K2 separately. All in all, this is a well-balanced multi that will provide you what you really need in good forms and doses. It's not perfect (but then again, what is "perfect"?) but it's better that many well-known (and hyped) multies. Try this and see the results. Thumb up.

Excellent vitamin combination with selected herbs. I have not been able to get them in capsules at any vitamin store for years. I take 4 in the morning on days I work but only 3 on my day off. I can feel an immediate difference in my energy level even the first time I took them. Well worth the price. I'm 62 and work 2 jobs. I couldn't do that without these vitamins.

Do you remember all those extracts and anti-oxidants that show up on the news that you are supposed to be taking? This has most of them. This isn't your typical multi-vitamin. It's gives you all you daily vitamins, heart boosting enzymes, anti-oxidants to keep your body clean of free-radicals, and healthy plant nutrients such as green tea extract and resveratrol from red wine/grapes. I've always had problem swallowing pills but these are not hard to swallow. The smell is overstated on a lot of these reviews. I stuck my nose deep in the container and I wasn't off-put very much by the smell. The tablet may well be another story but the capsules are fine. The ingredient list is outstanding and all the ingredients work well together. Your pee will most likely be dark yellow in the morning but don't worry that's just one of the water-soluble B-vitamins being emptied by your body. Source naturals are always at the top of independently reviewed multi-vitamins. You can bet 99% of the stated potency is there unlike generic and store brands which can have less than 80% of the potency stated on the box. Don't put low quality products in your body. Do your research and find a high quality supplement. Chances are that even if you don't go with source naturals it'll still probably be in your Top 5.

Excellent Multiple capsules. I am wary of multiples, as they are always so lacking in some major nutrients and use cheap ingredients. Not this product! It has a totally complete array of major nutrients, all from good sources, as well as botanicals and antioxidants. Even includes trace minerals and anti-inflammatories, too. This is really an excellent formulation. It is a pleasure to find a product that is so well thought out. It is obvious that the company is current with the latest research concerning what we humans need in our daily diets. I tried four at lunch yesterday and had more energy during the afternoon and evening than I can ever remember since I was a teenager. I was not wired, just full of positive energy and mood. I woke up for a couple of hours in the night ,but when I got up this morning, I was still feeling good. I think it is best to take the 4-8 caps at breakfast, so that one can sleep through the night. I actually bought these to take on a long overseas trip, as I don't like to tote all kinds of pill bottles and little plastic bags full of supplements - just one bottle of vitamins! This formulation does it all!

I’ve been taking these for YEARS. Great multivitamins

I bought this based on my doctor's recommendation. Opening it up, it smells horrible BUT, there is no taste when taking it and it doesn't upset my stomach like other multi vitamins.

Delivery of the product was very slow. It was not delivered any where near on time.
