It's not bad at all and I feel my vein problem will ...
I have varicose vein in my left leg area. It's not bad at all and I feel my vein problem will go away probably around 2-3 months. It is awesome. Microwave for about a minute, wrap up in a towel and going back and forth. My vein doesn't hurt at all and I avoid fried food and soda.

Microwavable stone is convenient!
It's great that it is microwavable, unlike ordinary hot stones. It retains heat well. I do think it is a bit heavy. I'm using it to simply warm my hands after I wash them in between clients. I dont use it as a massage tool. I do glide it around my own body sometimes, it seems heavy to me to use the way I use the ordinary hot stones that go in the water for ordinary hot stone massage.

I wish I had purchased these stones before! They are well worth the investment!They heat up nicely and retain their heat.My clients love them and I love them!

keeping temp like 7 min. (?)
I wish it holds temp longer. I used to have stone which needs charge before use, that could hold like 2 hours. This one holds like 7 min..

I love this synergy stone!!! Working as a massage therapist, I've used it on several people at work, it's amazing! Absolutely worth getting!

It's bigger than I expected. It works great-- just microwave for 30 seconds or so and you are ready to go!
