You can’t go wrong with a Pilot Easy Touch pen. I had to give up my heavy Cross gold pen at one accounting job, these Pilots were the easy replacement winners! Lightweight, sturdy, & the long lasting fine black ink refills won me over in a very, very short time. A great pen, everyone who’s used one is an immediate fan who goes out to buy a few of these pens for themselves! The smooth non blotting fine black ink that doesn’t dry up or “scratch”was the biggest advantage for me. No smudges or any messies using a Pilot. And an effortless, quick writing pen, no sore spots on hands.Only time I don’t have one handy is when everyone around me has “borrowed” one of my Pilots “permanently.” A Great price too. Good thing that they’re sold in boxes!

I tried on Staples site to find a store nearby to go get these pens I've always bought there. It said not available so I gave up on trying to buy local & ordered on Amazon. They arrived next day in a Staples truck, so I'm guessing they did have them nearby.The pens are great. They're all I've used for years.

this is the only product i will ever give 5 stars because they are just THAT good. i love these pens more than i love myself and that’s saying a lot because i love myself quite a bit. (as should you.) you would benefit from these pens bc they are so easy to write with, super easy to hold, the ink doesn’t really ever smudge and this pen makes me want to improve my handwriting. I love typing things bc menial tasks are easy on my brain but when I get one of these pens in my hand all i want to do is write. it’s a shame we live in a digital world now only because i would love to have more excuses to use these pens. they are so good!

I cannot always find them in the stores, so am delighted to get them from Amazon! Love how they write and that they retract, no cap to keep track of.

I have been using these for years. I replaced my fine tip high end refillable pens for the Easy Touch by Pilot. Clean thin lines, easy control and retractable with a click. Great price too. I hope they never become a discontinued item. I personally prefer these to any gel writing instrument. I will add that my handwriting has many flourishes within, people state I should have a font named for it LOL. The fine tip Easy Touch makes for easier legibility.

Excellent pens if you want the fine point, fluid ink flow and need to press through for duplicates. Don't have anything bad to say...

I write neater with a fine-point pen, and these are very easy to hold (I have small hands and personally find the retractable version of this pen much easier to hold than the capped version, which I once ordered by accident since they use the same name).My only gripe is that I wish they would come out with a multi-color set. I have all three colors (black, blue, red), but sometimes I like to color-code my notes, and it would be helpful to have at least the basic rainbow of colors (except yellow - that's pretty useless in terms of writing and notes). I know Pilot offers this in their gel pens, but I prefer the ink and glide of the Easy Touch pens, there are no worries about smudging or bleed-through with these. I do have multicolor sets of fine point felt-tip or journaling-type pens that are okay, but I really prefer how these write, so I mostly use those to highlight or accent something, when necessary.I did have an issue with two boxes in a "business" order that were packaged with heavy-duty cleaner that leaked - it seems like the cleaner messed up the ink flow. That was a poor decision on the order picker's part (and why the cleaner wasn't in a plastic bag is beyond me), but other than that, I have never had an issue with the performance of these pens and I've ordered all 3 colors multiple times.
