Eye/body health
This was prescribed by my Ophthamologist and also approved by my Doc/nutritionist not only as an excellent source of omega 3,6,9 but also omega 7 with newly discovered benefits. It has cured my dry eye issue and I reap the nutritional benefits. It is costly but worth the $.

They work!!
My eyes were so dry my contacts would come out crispy. After lots of drops, prescription included, this is the only thing I found that gave me any improvement at all. I plan to continue with them.

DO NOT ORDER IN WARM WEATHER
I was taking this supplement for a couple of years. Cannot say that it was actually effective. Usually, the tablets were slightly sticky to one another but could be broken loos with your finger. As you can see in these photos, when delivered in heat of summer they will melt together and are useless. At something like $50 for the bottle, I will not be taking these any longer. Guess, I'll "eat" the money as I don't see any obvious path for help from Amazon.BE AWARE! Avoid ordering in warm weather.

Ophthalmologist Recommended
Used with OTC night eye gel and drops for dry eyes, I can tell a big difference in my vision. I no longer have burning eyes and blurry vision. I can now enjoy reading a book, again and watching TV. Recommend consulting with your eye doctor, before using.
