I got 1 of these and it worked for a couple days before I ordered 2 more. All 3 had issues from bulb death to constant flickering. I did returns on all 3 and got 3 new ones. All of them failed in the same way, on different circuits inside the house and I even took 1 "new" one to my office. All had bulb death in 3 days. The red light on the back would be on, but unplug and plug back in? No change. Would not kill flies anymore. BTW, I own an all-black one that is identical shape that is still working in my bedroom for almost a year. This is simply a bait and switch with bad craftsmanship.

I spent a long time looking at these bug killers because most of them looked like cheap rubbish. This one looked like one of the better ones which was why I purchased it.The first unit came 'dead on arrival' with a bad bulb. After an effortless replacement by Amazon, the second unit lasted for about 2 weeks; then that bulb failed.Prior to the bulb failure on the replacement unit, I would have to say that it worked, as I didn't notice any mosquitos at night buzzing and also there were some dead bugs in the unit. By the way, removing the dead bugs was not as easy as I assumed as some of them got stuck to the metal grid, and did not fall to the bottom as I was expecting. There is a small brush included to help with this.The build quality of the device was mediocre by reason that I found it very difficult to open the bottom of the device used to empty out the dead bugs. It would jam up and took some forcing before I could get it open.I would say that this product needs some design improvement and probably a different bulb supplier. I cannot recommend this in its present condition.

I did buy this by my children's because some times the flies coming into the apartment and my wife obviously cry for the babies stuff. After this device was installed, I saw less and less into the apartment and amazing, not more, the flies know some is happening inside because any flies not return outside, I guess. I will be buying one more for my balcony. Super easy to use, turn on/off two times to only leave the UV light on. The white light is super good. I recommend this device.

I bought this and put it in the garage at my house to kill the annoying bugs. It is really satisfying me for its performance in killing bugs. In the summer, there was always a lot of small bugs gathering in my garage. After setting this one up, the number of bugs dramatically decreased in that area.

After the first night the light never worked... it has not killed one bug in 2 weeks.The this product is junk and they want me to pay to ship it back at a cost of $10. Do yourself a favor and run from this supplier.

Most disappointing as I got it for indoor house flies. It doesn’t not kill them but does seem to do well with mosquitoes moths etc

I bought this package of two items in the month of August. In the third week one of them stop working, would not lit up anymore. I contacted Amazon and I got a new set of two. These two items worked for less than a week, not working anymore. Can not get my money back anymore.

Didn't see much action with it, but the light went out after a week. No way to contact the manufacturer, no website that I could find on the first couple of pages of Google. Either they are not a real company, or their SEO team is not very good. Purchased three, tested one. All are going back.
