I have been using this for almost 2 decades after a dentist recommended it to me. Very happy Amazon sells it. I like to use it in the evening to thoroughly clean the teeth. And then in the morning I use a simple toothpaste.

I'm using this toothpaste by dentist recommendation for few years already. With combination of good mouthwash it works effectively against bleeding gums and inflamation.
