Exactly what I was looking for
I had been hunting for months to find a 12 oz insulated mug that was not stainless steel. This is exactly what I wanted! The ceramic coating means that my coffee doesn't have a weird metallic taste. It keeps warm coffee warm for about 3 hours, boiling hot water stays hot about 5. I only ever hand wash it as I don't want the ceramic coating to chip. Cleans very easily.Cons-lid is not completely spill proof. If you tip the cup upside down it will leak. Otherwise it does seal well, my toddler has knocked it over and it didn't spill.Too large for a cup holder if that's a concern.Slide-open top does get loose, sometimes falls open.Non-microwavable

Won't keep your coffee warm for long.
Honestly it doesn't keep my coffee warm that long. People were RAVING over this item and how it kept their coffee warm for over an hour. Mine was cold by the time I got to work! I didn't like it at all. I didn't like the lid either. It's pretty cheap compared to the whole cup. I also wasn't too fond of the handle. It is an odd shape that is a bit difficult to hold. I wish I had put the money towards the hydroflask or yeti version of this mug. Also the inside scratches up with you wash it.

My 4 became a 3
Originally I gave this mug a 4 b/c it works great and hot things stay hot for 1-3 hours especially if you keep the mouth piece closed. I would like it to be a little bigger as I drink 14 oz. in morning but the lid takes up some room so I prepare my coffee in a large mug, drink some and then pour it into here. The four became a 3 when after 3 months of use the sliding part that allows you to drink or keep it closed is now loose and just flops back and forth even while you're drinking. Sometimes I even have to hold it open with my finger. Annoying. And I don't see any replacement lids online.

great mug that was ruined because of a cheap lid that broke on its own
keeps the coffee taste great without the taste of metal as most insulated mugs are. It does keep the heat as advertised ( i did use thermometer to verify against yeti cup and it won the test). but the lid just broke out of the blew as seen in pic

Great stainless steel mug with ceramic inside
I was looking for a stainless steel mug with a ceramic-lined inside (to avoid any steel taste in my beverages). The construction of this is phenomenal. The mug itself is very strong as well and can take a beating. The interior is lined with ceramic similar to ceramic frying pans and pots.Coffee stays hot for hours

Looks great and keeps drink hot for hours.
I bought this with a bit of hesitation because there weren't any reviews yet. However, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I'm a huge coffee drinker and I love that this fits nicely under my Keurig. It keeps my drink nice and hot for hours and its really sleek and beautiful. Completely happy after several weeks of daily use.

Not spillproof!
I hate the taste stainless steel tumblers give my coffee, so I’ve been looking for ceramic. I love the ceramic coating and liked the smaller size as I don’t drink more than a cup or two of coffee a day. However, this cup is NOT SPILLPROOF AS ADVERTISED. It tilted over in my car and I probably lost 1/8 of the contents in the matter of a second or two. What a mess. I’m planning to return it for that reason alone.

Love the cup, wish it was at least 16 oz though
This cup works very well. I wish it was a little larger as I use a liquid cream in my coffee and there is barely enough room for it if I use my Keurig on the larger setting. Very nice to have coffee warm to the bottom of the cup though!!

Less than 2 months and it’s already broken!!
Less than 2 months and the lid is already broken!! I take care of it and even avoid putting it in the dishwasher. Now it’s leaking and I couldn’t use it anymore. Attached you’ll find the pics. I loved it at the beginning but now I’m very disappointed.

Lid does nothing
as others have said, the lid is worthless, so 20$ is a bit steep for a mug that you cannot take any where.

Mug does keep my coffee warm even 1.5hrs later.. But lid is too fragile to disassemble to clean.
I chose this cup because of the ceramic coating makes coffee taste whole lot better than sipping out of a stainless steel and to my surprise my coffee was still warm and drinkable even after more than 1.5hrs later. But don't try disassembling the lid to clean.. it will break into multiple pieces after a dozen cleanings. Thankfully i found a replacement lid here on amazon that is super sturdy and has a magnetic slider you just popoff the slider to clean and pop back on to the magnetic fastener - brilliant idea! You can get a lid here - "PERHXS 10oz/20oz Magslider Replace Magnetic Lids for Most Brand Tumbler Spill-Proof Splash-Proof Shatter Resistant Magnetic Lids" (https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07S1F92RN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). Make sure you get the "10/20oz" lid - it will fit nice and snug. The other replacement lids for Yeti 20oz. tumblr should also fit too but i didn't try those.

Lid needs frequent replacing
Cup is exactly what I hoped for. Coffee has the taste of ceramic but the ability to travel in the RV. I can walk around with my mug without splattering coffee and it fits under my Keurig Duo. I can fit the lid on after a couple of sips when using the 12 oz setting. The only thing I would change is that this cup does not fit into a cup holder. Since my original review about a year ago, I have replaced my husband's lid twice and mine now needs replacing despite both of us being careful. The lids are expensive to replace in comparison to a new mug. I will not be replacing mine.

Love it
I love using this. I'm a slow drinker and this has made tea much better for me as it doesn't go from "too hot" to *to cold" so quickly. I'm also a very clumsy person and have loved that I can walk with it and not spill, and not spill it all over myself when drinking
