UPDATE: November 2020So...I can now officially say I have been pregnant and given birth... to TWINS. I had super heavy postpartum bleeding for 6 weeks. When I ran out of the hospital mesh undies, these puppies saved me. I went through several a day and they kept up their same old fantastic performance. They stretched very easily to accommodate my postpartum body and swelling, and they did not agitate my c-section incision. In fact, I had complications from my c-section where the incision remained open to drain for 3 months postpartum and these discreet undies never once caused issues with my open incision.When my period came back after 6 weeks of postpartum bleeding, I still turned to these discreet undies. I'm now 4.5 months postpartum, my c-section incision is healed, my stomach is gradually returning to it's pre-baby size and I still use these puppies for my periods. I recommend them to friends, family and colleagues and recommend them in my mom's group for anyone about to go through birth or the postpartum phase.Buy them. You won't regret it. I should own stock in this company for how many times I have purchased these undies. I'm just a woman and mom who loves these underwear and swears by them! 🤣-------------------------Okay listen, I am 29 years old. Never been pregnant, never gone through delivery or had any need for postpartum underwear. I have had, however, heavy periods for most of my life. As in, tampons won't help, and pads, while better than tampons (for me), eventually will shift or move and then I would leak over the edge causing a huge mess, especially when sleeping overnight or sitting in certain positions. When browsing in a local grocery store one night, I saw these. And a lightbulb went off. After years of dealing with messes and heavy periods, I was thrilled to come across an alternative. Realistically, I know there are other alternatives out there - cups, etc. But... They don't really appeal to me at this point. I bought a pack of these babies and never looked back. I feel no shame wearing these, and no embarrassment. These puppies make me feel super comfortable and protected, and I will happily use these moving forward, and its nice to know that one day if I do have children, I could use these for that purpose as well. Highly recommend, I love these and hope Always never stops making them.

Good fit but you may need a size smaller. Strong and durable, comfortable, good quality and price. As with others I have tried, there is a little moisture retention and random leaks.

Here I am, 24 years old and leaving a review on adult diapers. Wow. lol!I bought these to add to my "postpartum" care package, as I have read that the nylon, mesh panties they give in the hospital aren't all that great.So I went ahead and ordered these bad boys.I started wearing them a day before I went into full blow active labor since my water had broke and was slowly leaking out every so often. It was nice to have these on during that time because I knew I was protected if more water leaked.I then wore these for about 5 weeks postpartum. They are scent locking, super absorbent, comfortable wonder pants!During the postpartum stage I bled, I had stitches and the blood that came out of me had a FOUL smell, tmi, I know.But the reason I tell you this is because these adult diapers LOCKED that scent away. I could go out in public or be around people without worry of my postpartum stench scaring them off.Also, they are super discreet when on. They don't crinkle or make an obvious diaper sound and they're not hugely puffy that they puff your pants out.Wow. Quite an in depth review for some diapers.In short, they work awesome. No leaks. Scent locking. Comfortable. Discreet.Will buy again for the next baby!

What I disliked about this product is the left side is not sewn the same as the right sideThey do, however, work well enough to do what I needed them to do.They perform great at night while sleeping and coughing as they do not wet my bed. This is very important.They also work as I am having tremendous bleeding from hemorrhoids and weren’t well. Well I am having this issue.You cannot see them under your clothes and they are not hot as you wear them .I recommend this product, but I asked the company if they will check their machines and correct the stitching for the left side and then they would be perfect .💜👍🏻
