- PATELLA CHANNEL - The knee pad has 4 individual pads. 1 is for the main covering of the kneecap and the 2 outside pads serve a dual purpose. 1 is to protect the outside portion of the kneecap and the second is a patella channel keeping the patella stable and avoiding moving side to side. The 4th pad prevents impacts on the top of the knee pad.
- WIDEBAND ELASTIC - The top and the bottom edges of the knee pad is constructed with a wide band elastic sleeve unlike many knee pads constructed with a narrow elastic strip that leaves red marks and cuts into the skin after wearing after a few minutes. When you are wearing the best protecting knee pad available it is nice to know these are also very comfortable.
- COOL FLOW MESH - In the outer sleeve, there is a small area of mesh material at the back of the knee that allows for heat dissipation and air flow which cools the knee when playing.
