FREECAM Outdoor Security WiFi Camera 1080P Wireless AI Floodlight Camera Built-in 16GB SD Card Support Cloud Storage L900

The product is designed and packaged better than any I have ever seen for the price. Very complete and well thought out. Despite other reviews, I found the product was easy to install and setup. The issue is false alerts constantly no matter how you have the sensitivity settings set. I have all but the closest row of motion zones turned off, and at night car lights set it off constantly. I tried putting it in human only mode, same issue, seems to be mainly at night, but that is when it wakes me up. The other issue I have found, is it seems that the images are captured in the camera's software and can not be moved to other devices (i.e. computer etc). I tried chatting with "tech support" and was connected to a person that didn't speak English and never understood my questions, nor knew anything about the product at all. I am a low voltage technician that has installed hundreds of security systems and surveillance cameras and I can not recommend this product.

I tried everything to get it to connect with my wifi and it is 2.4 and had a strong signal. Forget calling the customer service number, they won't answer or call back.

Let me just start by saying that the over all image quality is very good, and you can set up how far or close you want the alerts to be and the light to turn on, which is nice. BUT I give it a 3 star because it was not quit easy for the camera to connect.Tip: it’s Best if you “search” instead of scanning the camera it self.When I scanned it it didn’t want to connect.I also wish the bottom (which is the camera) could move.Because now that we installed it, we saw that our yard isn’t in the view 😒We’re going to have to but another one.🤷🏽‍♀️

The media could not be loaded.  I struggled getting this product to connect to my wifi but was able to fix everything with the patient support of Freecam tech support. Beautiful minimalist product with bright light with camera and motion detector. It replaced my old front porch light. I would buy another one. Just be mindful of renaming your network name to have no spaces or special characters. I put the CAMB App on my ipad and control everything from the kitchen. Great for seeing who's arriving.

Easy to install but doesn't work for me. I followed steps to connect wifi. Its blue light kept blinking for an hour without success. I asked for tech support, no help. Finally I had to return it.

Can’t complain. For an IP camera it works pretty good. I don’t favor IP cameras and never will but I bought this one for a temporary easy solution. Didn’t expect it to work when I needed it to just like all IP cameras that never work when you need them to. But this one was pretty easy to connect and is going strong for the past 2 months. Amazing! Arrived packaged in its own packaging and arrived on time

Works as should. Cloud storage costs extra.

Nice camera. Even take couple minutes to install, that is really worth. Especially the pixels is really good.
