Lightweight, breathable and surprisingly tough, this watch was built for girls who aren’t afraid to sweat. Our new design sports a larger display and a smooth, fade-resistant silicone strap in bright colors.

Cute watch!
I love everything about this watch EXCEPT the strap doesn't stay closed. The piece at the end designed to hold the strap in place doesn't work. It keeps coming off and the strap is left sticking out. It's annoying! This is the first Ironman watch I purchased like this, where the strap has a mind of its own.

Love Timex, but not this one.
This watch is comfortable to wear. My only drawback is the end of the band. There is a notch to secure the end, but it doesn't hold the band well. It gets caught on my sweater, jacket, or coat and then pops out to get stuck on my clothing. I have to wear it with the band halfway down the strap to keep it in place. Not ideal, but not annoying enough to replace the watch (yet). That aside, I am a huge fan of Timex watches. I've worn them for 30+ years. This style is not my favorite of them all. It is very challenging to set and use the timer (a daily function of my work, and the main reason I got this watch). The numbers are big and easy to read. The band is comfortable. The light does not light up very brightly.Would I purchase this watch again? Probably not. Would I purchase a Timex again? Absolutely.

Good for guiding when on time limits
I guide horseback rides of various lengths and this watch has been a huge asset in helping me get back to the barn using the timer function. I certainly don't want to cheat the clients out of riding minutes, but I can't be late either. I found the strap extremely comfortable to wear and more importantly, if it gets caught on anything I feel there is enough stretch and flexibility that I won't be injured. (Tree branches, etc.) I am older so I wish that the little labels were larger indicating where the various functions are, but once I accustomed myself with the watch it was okay. If my feeling about this change I'll be sure to stop back and make any adjustments to this review.

Stylish with very comfortable band and interval timers, but hit-or-miss QC
We purchased this watch to replace a Timex Ironman Sleek 50-Lap Mid-Size whose non-replaceable band broke after intermittent use. This model's design seems to be more rugged and durable than the Sleek 50-lap, and the band is very soft and non-irritating - making it much more comfortable to wear than the Sleek 50-lap watch. The watch is more feminine than the old watch and has a larger face, making it easier to see the numbers. We decided on this watch for the interval timer feature and for the 3 alarms and 2 time zones. The bonus is a replaceable band, something many other Ironman watches seem to lack.We can't yet judge its durability, but it seems to be a better overall design than our previous Ironman Sleek 50-lap, especially regarding the band and button design.UPDATE: Perhaps the particular watch we received was a dud, but the alarms, timers, and beeps are so quiet they can barely be heard. We're going to try to exchange it and see if it was a lemon or if it is this model.UPDATE 2: We received a replacement watch, and it works as expected - normal volume alarms, timers, and beeps. So, perhaps quality control is lacking.

Great watch but the band drove me crazy
I bought this for myself since my last one wasn't working correctly after I'd replaced the battery. I wanted to love it, but the silicon band caught on everything and got in the way constantly. The dial is great, the light is prefect and there are 3 alarms, which was its saving grace. I decided to give it to my son in an attempt to wake him up on time and he loves it. It fits his 11yr old wrist perfectly and he's thrilled with it.

Good functions but the buttons are hard to push.
I bought this watch for the intermittent timer for running. It does work, and I can hear the alarm if I am jogging alone. But if I'm with someone and we are talking, neither of us will hear it. So, that's not good. The numbers are big enough for me to see without reading glasses - good. My biggest gripe about this watch is that the buttons are hard to push. Usually I need to take the watch off my wrist and go around and around through the menu's until finally get it set. Overall if you don't want a smart watch and are looking for an inexpensive running watch, this one will work.

Alarm barely audible
I love Timex Ironman watches. I use the interval alarm for running and HIIT workouts. This watch is nice but you can barely hear the alarm. It's too bad because I like the design and the band is very flexible and comfortable. Returning

Solid, dependable performance
I wear it 24/7: in the shower, swimming, snorkeling, sailing, kayaking, to church, everywhere. Other reviewers had concerns about durability, but this has not been my experience. As captain of a sailing vessel, I need a good, waterproof watch. This one has proven dependable for a year. I don't want an expensive watch. I'd rather carry a spare in case I ever need it. This one was inexpensive enough to be disposable, yet I expect to get years of service from it. It is decent-looking, and plenty large for a man of medium stature. I haven't had to change the battery, yet. If my previous experience with watches in this price range is any guide, the band will give out before the watch does. That is fine with me.

Not a water resistant watch!
I had such good luck with Timex Ironman watches and despite a couple having silicone bans issues ( it broke and the design was such that it couldn't be simply replaced). I bought a lovely teal one that somehow got stolen or lost and they didn't have that in stock so got a navy one. Liked the fact it didn't have any protruding buttons to get caught onto my sleeve openings and mess up my laps. However, it takes more pressure to get the light on and the buttons are so close together that it is tricky. So here is my meh about this watch - I wore in the pool and only like under 6" of water and water seemed to have gotten in. I sent the watch back and got another one. It was working fine and just over a month ago, I saw it had some condensation forming but it went away. Well, should have contacted Timex about that (my return window was up) as it was still under warranty at that time. Went camping and wore it out kayaking and swimming and it basically died at 18:54 - the LCD screen is showing but no time change like it was frozen. Not a battery issue as it would go blank. Im 15 days past warranty so will add that to my dead and useless Timex pile or hoping the company will take pity on me. But don't buy this watch!!!

A good pace watch
Sets intervals well, easy to use and intuitive. No complaints on fit or clasp. Great value for the price.
