I always struggled to find an insole to support my sons arches that would also fit in his football boots without raising his heels too much as most football boots have low backed heels. These are perfect and have returned to buy more as his feet have grown.

I ordered these as my ankle goes inward while walking. I had to cut them down a fair bit to get them to a size 7 (Ordered a 7-8). The first pair of pumps I used them in did not work well. It made my foot sit high up and the shoes started to give me blisters at the back. I did take out the existing manufacturers insole. They are quite wide and it is not easy to trim the width of them. They did however give good support under my arches and make my ankle more stable. I tried them in a second pair of shoes and they needed to be trimmed even more to fit. Would recommend for people with wider feet/shoes.

I liked the fact that these took up little room in my coal bunker I dislike the way they stole my cufflinks and my favourite biscuit tin and are now living with my wife in a maisonette in Southend That said, I would buy these again but exercise a little more caution

I have suffered with lower back pain for the last 2 years and have tried everything except insoles. I have a high arch in my feet which I assumed could be causing the issue. These insoles take some getting used to as the support in the arch area of the foot is significant and feels a little strange at first. However give it time... After 2 days my lower back was feeling so much better as I was getting more support from the ground up. A little pricey but certainly did the job. Takes 2-3 days to get used to the feel but I'm more than happy with this purchase as it certainly worked for me.

I have back problems. These insoles are not uncomfortable per se, but they are a bit high on my shoes. I could leave them be, but I fail to watch any difference on my common back pain. If any difference, it cannot be significant. But, to be honest, how can I say that they didn't prevent for worse kind of pain?

I developed sciatica after I started taking up walking and the pain was unbearable between my foot to lower back area - so much so that for weeks I struggled to even put on a sock or drive the car. As I also suffer from scoliosis (sideways curvature of the spine), my posture is permanently wrong and if I'm on my feet for any length of time I start getting lower back pain but never had sciatica before and don't want it again. I bought these as they specifically say they target lower back pain relief by rebalancing the weight on your feet. Since I've had these I've been on several 8-10 mile walks and not had a second bout of sciatica so they have helped. My back still feels stiff after long walks, but I generally suffer back problems due to scoliosis and insoles aren't going to cure that. These are very comfortable, quite thick and provide good support if you suffer with a high foot arch or need more heel support. I've since bought another pair for my other trainers and will buy again.
