Bought this because I make deliveries everyday and use my phone for work. I needed a wireless charger because I also use a car video camera and needed something that would free up charging space in my car. This product is a fail. It doesn't open correctly, sometimes it opens and sometimes not. The suction part of it was good at first, but if you have to move its location for any reason it doesn't want to suction and stay. Then after having it for only less than a week it quit charging all together. This was an expensive paperwait basically... will not buy again.

I like the idea behind this! The suction cup doesn't always work. Pain. The swivel is a bit too much. Over a bump in the road, it falls. I've had to put a bit of tissue in the joint to take up a bit of space. I have figured out how to get around the swivel but not the suction cup problem.I've got a Galaxy S9.

I really liked how this was able to be shipped and recieved on the same day! So stoked this came in because of how useful wireless charging is nowadays. I had to try it out as soon as it came and wasnt disappointed. Its super convenient how it automatically opens the latches on the side and with the push of a button easily releases. With most phones going away from headphone jacks, this is a must have.

I love the simplistic design and highend look of this wireless charger, and the factI no longer need to plug my phone into a cable every time I get into the car, just pop it on the charger and go!Having multiple mounting options ensures you will find the installation that works best for your vehicle (I used the vent clip)The charger arms holds my phone very securely. It does require power to operate the two side arms, but the design still allows me to pull my phone from the charger on the few occasions that I have forgotten to remove it before turning off the engine.I found like several other reviewers that it would stop charging after a while and I was not anywhere near 100%, but swapped out the cable to one that came with my Galaxy S8 which solved that issue.

Using Google Maps or Waze to navigate still draws battery. Wireless charging can't run the phone AND charge the battery.The holder mounts on a ball socket, with a threaded nut. I had the nut tightened all the way down and it couldn't keep the phone in position over bumps. It kept drooping.(Galaxy S8+)Returned.

Update from a 3 star to a minus -10. Came out from shopping and found my phone and the holder on the floor with the holder being in pieces. Tried to get it back together but the suctions cup is broke to. It didn’t last 4 months. Haven’t found a holder / charger to last more than this amount of time. Waste of money. Might try to design my own.

At first, the product worked decently although took quite a bit of effort to get arm to stay in place. However after a couple of weeks, the automatic grip will not hold my phone in place. It slips through the grip gradually, and will not charge phone-Eventually falling through the gripper completely. Now I cannot return it. This is a cheaply made product that lasts at first, but it doesn't last! I will imagine that after a few more months, there will be a lot more problems reported with this product.
