I work in a warehouse and I have to walk continuously for 9 hours except for a half-hour break. I wear steel toe cap boots and I suffer from extreme metatarsal pain caused by misshaped metatarsal bones. I've tried various orthotic insoles with arch support which reduced the pain and made it more bearable, but there was still pain. I saw these insoles on Amazon and I noticed from the image these had higher arch support, so I ordered a pair and put them into my boots. Initially, for the first 2 days, they felt uncomfortable because of the hump in the middle of the insole, but I persevered. On the third day, the pain disappeared and for the first time, I am now completely pain-free.For anybody considering buying these insoles, please bear in mind that the hump in the middle of the insole will initially feel awkward and uncomfortable, but that will soon subside. The purpose of the hump is to provide additional support to the arch and it is a brilliant idea and it will eradicate extreme foot pain.

This has really changed my life.I work 10 shifts and in constant pain.When i get up in the morninh it took me about 5-10 mins to gradually get up. My plantar fasciitis was so painful.I tryed the socks, excerises massages other shoe innersoles ect nothing worked.I was told about these got then with very little expectation.1st 3-4 day they were so uncomfortable. Looking back this is where plantar fasciitis was being pushed back into place.2 weeks on im 95% painfree i can jump out of bed and walk for long periods of time. It really has changed my life.

I suffer from reoccurring Plantar fasciitis, so these insoles are a life-saver!I wear Magnum boots in my job and walk for 12 hour shifts. So when Plantar fasciitis hit, it made my days at times unbearable. I was getting worried when the usual rolling pin under my feet at night method stopped being effective.These insoles were a punt...I'd tried gel insoles before these and although I got some relief, it never lasted. These however, work spectacularly well! As others have alluded to: the first time you wear them, and for the initial ten minutes at the start of the day, they feel weird. Persevere though, your mind (and feet) adjust.I can honestly say, although not cured...These insoles have diminished the pain the Plantar fasciitis was causing me perhaps 90%. I still get the cramp sensation at the start of the day when I wake, but nothing like it was.Highly recommended purchase. I just hope they last and continue to be available when I need to buy a third set....I'd be lost without them.

I have tried so many different insoles to help relieve the pain i am currently experiencing due to the long and active hours on my feet with work. All have come to no avail except these.I initially thought it was more wasted money but as in some other reviews the key is to stick with them for a few days. At first they can fell very odd and uncomfortable but after a few days they start to feel more natural.I started to notice after approx a week that the pain was greatly reduced and my knee pain had virtually vanished.Ideally its probably advisable to seek professional advice when it comes to feet pain, if like me it just was not financially viable at the time, well then these are a good option and there is a very good chance they might be exactly what your looking for and hopefully we can all win the never ending battle of arch and heel pain and just get on with it.

I've used them for two days as a replacement for my 10 year old custom in sole as I have high arches and so far they provide just as much support. So far so good and fantastic for the price!

Done bit of research on these before buying. I have to say they fit the shoe very well. The support is very good. When you first put them in a shoe to use their is a bump on the protection insole. It feels a bit uncomfortable at first , but once you get used to this afte a few days , it is designed to support you arches and foot.

Ordered size 9 for my size 9 UK shoes and they fit perfectly. Only issue I have after a day with them is the ball in the middle of the insole is killing my feet. Hopefully my feet get used to it and it recedes soon.

When I first received, I thought they were sturdy and fitted snug inside my trainer. I was heading to London and put them in to see how I would get on with them. Initially, they felt slightly uncomfortable, bu5t stick with them as my foot formed around them they became supportive and actually aided my walking that day. will be buying more for other shoes I regularly wear.
