I bought this to power a Respironics CPAP, which it did well for three nights without recharging. Probably could have gone longer. I bought and used a Respironics CPAP power cord with the cigarette lighter end, plugged into the 12 VDC cigarette lighter attachment that comes with the battery. Worked great. Buy the correct cigarette lighter-to-CPAP cord for your CPAP. Some CPAPs are 12 VDC, some are 24 VDC. With the correct cigarette lighter power cord, this battery will run the CPAP for several nights or more. Using the 120 VAC CPAP plug and power cable, I still got one night, but only one night. Of course, no heater or attachments used.This power station/battery is also great for keeping a bunch of phones charged and for running anything powered with USB or 12 VDC. It's been handy a couple of times for me with local power outages, as well as for the CPAP mentioned above.The power station/battery also has two 120 VAC outlets, which let you power small appliances for shorter periods. It's not that great powering devices that have transformers in their power cords - too much power gets lost changing from DC to AC and back. My 65 watt 120 VAC laptop charger worked for a few hours with this battery.I've had this unit now for a couple of months and am very pleased. I keep it charged for our occasional power outages and for quick portable USB power anywhere. It's handy and light enough to carry to where you need it. Might even make a good gift.

When I was first diagnosed with sleep apnea 12 years ago, after the sleep test, and the follow up appointment with my doctor, he walked into the room and the first words out of his mouth were, "According to your test results I'm surprised your not dead yet". My apnea was pretty serious and I CAN NOT be without my CPAP machine at all! I bought the portable Flash Fish charger in the hopes that it would run my CPAP machine in my travel trailer. Dry camping; boon-docking; rest stops; and truck stop overnight stays always presented a problem with accessing 110V/30AMP power supply. This problem has always led us to FIND and stay at RV parks with hook-ups, especially electrical power. I have portable Honda EU2000i gas generators, but dry-camp campgrounds with no power supply hook-up always have rules that all RV generators need to be shut-off during quiet time which is usually between 10pm and 7am the following morning. Understandable, since the running of the motors on the generators will keep fellow campers up all night within your vicinity. I needed a quiet power supply that would run my CPAP for those times that no other power supply was available. The Flash Fish makes no noise at all. There is no internal fan although it looks like there is, it's a vent. The Flash Fish is basically the same as an external Mophie Cell Phone Charger from what I can tell, only bigger, of course. It's a lithium battery with good power retention capabilities contained in a hard-sided durable constructed housing. The display panel at night glows green and projects the light, of course. Although, not to bright, it might be annoying for some people. I simply turned the panel towards the wall and away from me, which worked perfect. Keeping the green glow out of your eyes is an easy thing to curtail in the dark. Use your own ingenuity. I also thought it makes a great night light for those needing a little seeing capability in the dark. The Flash Fish set nicely on my bedside nightstand along with my lamp, CPAP, clock radio and eyeglasses with room to spare. It's not very big. I have the ResMed Air Sense 10 CPAP machine with humidifier and heated tubing. Before taking an RVing trip with the Flash Fish I tried it out at home. The first night I ran the CPAP machine with humidifier and heated tubing in the "ON" position, because I wanted to see how long the power draw from the Flash Fish would last. The directions for Flash Fish say to turn off your humidifier on your CPAP, but nothing in regards to heated tubing. I can see why now after my test run. After 4 hours of running the CPAP machine with humidifier and heated tubing left to the "On" position, the first night of use, the power from the Flash Fish was spent, and my CPAP machine stopped working. I was still impressed that it ran the CPAP for 4 hours at full electrical capacity with everything in the "ON" position. I re-charged the Flash Fish for the second nights test run. It took 5 1/2 hours to "Fully Charge" again from my home electrical wall outlet. The second nights test run, I turned off the humidifier and the heated tubing on my CPAP, which quite frankly I can do without for several nights if need be and just ran the CPAP machine only. The Flash Fish was quite impressive on the second nights test run. It ran the CPAP the entire night I slept (8hours). It only used "One Bar of Power" with four more to go. There are five bars total in the battery display panel. If only one bar of power was used the whole night (8 hours) and there are five power bars total, then the math says I can do 5 nights of CPAP before recharging the Flash Fish. But to be on the safe side, let's say 4 nights, which is still really impressive from ONE Charge of the Flash Fish. And you can charge it from any wall electrical outlet, the solar panel (sold separately) or your vehicle cigarette lighter. I really like all the charging options. I am very impressed with the Flash Fish. It has really changed my life perspective. I can now go places and do things that I was unable to do before (dry-camping for example) even tent camping or backpack camping in the middle of no-where if I wanted to. In those situations, being in the middle of no-where, I can use the solar panel to charge the Flash Fish which I haven't tried yet. This is life changing for me. I don't know yet how long it takes to charge the Flash Fish with the solar panel yet, sorry. But I know the solar panel generates power because when you open it up in sunlight, a red light in the side panel pocket comes on to let you know it's generating power and goes off when you close up the panels. And no it won't shock you. The solar panel device you connect to for charging in the side panel pocket, which is about the size and shape of a deck of playing cards, is where you plug in the Flash Fish for charging. It also contains two other USB ports in addition to the Flash Fish port, for solar charging your other devices, like cell phones for example. I am very, very pleased with my purchase. We live in Florida and we have power outages with storms and wire damage. Last week, we went to bed after taking our sleep meds and put on our Resmed aircurve 10 (Bipap) machine. Go figure...the power went out at 1am and what we had for battery backup didn't work. Getting sleep without gasping and risking another stroke was impossible. The sleep meds made it a true fight to stay awake. Awful night.The next morning, I started researching a better battery backup. After reading countless reviews of many different brands I decided to give this one a chance.With other brands, many folks complained that it would stop working in the middle of the night and have to be restarted. Others complained about battery life draining fast with their CPAP use. Some said that you have to turn off the humidifier or the battery didn't last long. I think that is only an issue based on how long you need to use it before recharging it. Others said that you need a special DC adapter to use it for a CPAP machine.Well, the reviews were better on this unit, so, I ordered it knowing that it can be easily returned with Amazon. We received it yesterday and tried it out last night. Straight out of the box with no charging on our part it showed fully charged. I forgot to order the DC Adapter that was mentioned in the reviews but decided to give it a try anyway just to gauge the difference. My husband plugged his BIPAP machine in directly and used it as normal with the humidifier and all. He has been it using for 11 hours now (no he's not lazy, he just had his shoulder replaced) and he still has 3 out of 5 bars of battery left. WOW! So much better than we expected.SO, to sum up a long story....If you need it for just a few nights you should be able to use your BIPAP or CPAP normally and still have juice to charge your phones too. IF, you are going camping or will need it longer between charging, I would consider getting the DC Adapter as they recommend so that it will extend your use between charging.I just ordered it and it was $33Note: Both my husband and I use a Bipap machine. I feel confident that we could both plug into this battery backup and used it for a couple of night (longer if we turned off the humidifier). However, because we live in Florida and we do travel, we decided to order another one in case of a hurricane where power could be out for awhile.I will update if anything changes.HOPE THIS HELPS YOU 😉

La he usado poco, pero cuando la he utilizado ha funcionado bien y ha cumplido su objetivo. No la uso para acampar sino más bien para cuando se va la luz tener la opción de poder conectar algunos aparatos por un poco de tiempo.

Ela bateria funciona bien y es muy ligera.

Carga muy bien con un panel solar, la carga pemanece y carga rápido los celulares con los USB de Carga rápida, sin embargo, en la foto se ve que una de los conectores de Corriente Alterna es de 3 teminales, pero no es así, ambos son de 2 terminales unicamente.

Hola el generador no da 300w, conecte un equipo de 300w y funciono, no carga completa, dentro parece que falta una celda, la información en graficas , no corresponden al producto que recibí.
