Excellent customer service. Had an issue with a cube clock purchase 3 years ago and they have honored their lifetime warranty and are sending me a replacement clock. That says it all.

So cute! It’s got digital display that is just right. Not overwhelmingly bright. Nice that it’s got an alarm. There’s a variety of colors and it was well received

I was looking for a small, simple, unobtrusive digital clock to have by my bed so that I could see the time at night without checking my phone and this clock is perfect. It is easy to set up and works perfectly for my needs. The only notes are that the color is a bit grayer than I expected (not jet black), and the cord it comes with is USB so if you want to plug it into a standard power outlet you need your own adapter (cellphone plug worked for me).

UPDATE: JALL Customer Service is amazing. They gave me the model #, sent me the instruction manual and took care of my lifetime warranty. I feel whole now! The alarm clock works well, its footprint is small, and I have had no problems with it. I’m adding a star because of the immediate response by CS.I like the size of the cube digital alarm clock. In fact it was the selling point for me.But did I get one that was returned? It did not come in a box and it’s missing the instruction manual. I have no clue what model number it is—I can’t find it on the cube itself nor on the Amazon page—so I can’t find instructions online. And I’m a follow the directions kind of gal…so I’m fumbling around trying to figure out how to set date, time and alarms. I think I have the time and alarm set but I don’t know how to turn the alarm off in the morning. I really need the manual! I knocked off a couple of stars for the frustration I’m feeling. I’m going to go back to searching online for instructions now, something I should not have to do! I’ll update this once I know how to operate it

I bought this because I wanted a small clock, easy to read, easy to set, and relatively attractive. This clock met all the criteria 100%. I am extremely pleased with this product.

Great little clock. Saves a lot of space on a nightstand. Easy to set up. Modern cube with faux wood styling is nice.

I had this clock for several years and I loved it. Very sleek and modern looking. It finally broke on me so I ordered a new one. Well the new one didn’t stay on and is slightly different than my older model. I guess the quality went down when they changed it. SMH

Minimal yet all necessary functions for the great price. After one year, the clock still functioning well. Despite of the nice design, easy to use, and no battery change (environmentally more friendly), I subtracted one star for the inconvenience by the clock needs to be connected to the USB charger always, rather than charge-and-go, plus a little flimsy finish.I will be happy to buy a next version if the charing system and/or finish improves.
