These work for me. I went for a medium, my wrist is just under 7".They do smell a bit but I actually like the smell, like burnt rubber. it does go away after a few uses.I have painful forearms and these enable me to keep doing pulling exercises.Easier to use than conventional straps. They look well made, no regrets.

I have been training for a good while now and I am now getting to the point where my grip and forearms can't keep up with my back workouts.Bought these because of the reviews and the hype and I'll tell you I am not disappointed one bit! They are so comfortable and the grip is so secure when I lift. There is next to no stretch. I went from deadlifting 80kg to 120kg straight away because of these.I cannot recommend these enough to anyone, beginner or even a pro. These grips are beyond excellent.Let's level up!

Bought these in hope of improving grip which where incredibly expensive.They arrived well packaged but to my surprise when opened, one glove/grip was small other medium. Compared both to each other to make sure different.I can't recommend these as they look like something that was made in a sweat shop unprofessional.Will be returning these which is more hassle.Thanks JerkFit.

These are solid ass grips, it has that burning rubber smell & a that nice skull design. Very hardcore lovely lovely lovely.I wish for more color options

I tore my distal bicep tendon in February 2024 doing a cross grip deadlift. I chose not to do the surgery and actually had a remarkable recovery. Getting back to doing deadlifts has obv been difficult and my grip strength isn’t the same. I decided to try these and today was my first lift with them (back day including conventional deadlift). These worked absolutely amazing and they are going to be a staple in my gym equipment just as important as a lifting belt. I had no problem lifting much heavier today with many more reps and there was no strain on the forearm or anywhere else. 5 star….amazing product. No downside what so ever
