These are comfortable to wear, not obvious or obnoxious. You can use your hand freely with it on. It really reduced my pain. The only downside is that they don't last long. They do tear after being worn so many times. But they are inexpensive enough that they are replaceable. My doctor recommended them for my painful arthritic thumb.

I have RSD/CRPS in both hands. Surgeon will not operate my wrists or thumbs. These allow me to wash dishes and go into the pool.

Provides zero thumb support. Not the MCP nor the CMC helped/supported. VERY tight on the wrist, but zero thumb support. Irrelevant...These are pointless really.
