I believe these to be the worlds first truly reusable caulk tube. Empty 7 oz. HDPE caulk tube / cartridge 6 plungers. Quantity (1) The top is separate from the cartridge, allowing it to be removed for cleaning. These tubes a ~2" shorter than the normal tubes. Note: These have NOT been tested or certified for food safety, and have not been sterilized.

It's exactly as described and worked well.
Used it to inject some thinset where there were some voids in a mortar shower base at the drain. Worked well for my purpose and was easy to clean so that the item can be reused.
