Q: There is a button on the case. What is that for?

It resets the ear phones. It is really easy to use 👍🏼

Q: Is the connection solid? My Marley speaker is very intermittent and can be quite frustrating?

Not had issues with dropouts so far.

Q: These keep falling out of my ears?

Not on mine. Never happened.make sure the ear buds are not too small for ur ears.

Q: How do you use one at a time

Leave one in the case & you can listen to the music through one & to make it safer close your Marley case so you don't lose your another Earphone.
