Great product
The PlazMask Pre-Taped Masking Film has been a game-changer in my DIY projects. This ingenious product combines the convenience of tape with a protective masking film, making it incredibly easy to prep and paint any surface. Whether it's a small touch-up or a larger painting project, this masking film has consistently delivered exceptional results. One of the standout features is the generous size of the roll, measuring 5-feet by 65-feet. This ample coverage means I can tackle a variety of tasks without constantly needing to replace or reposition the film. It's a time-saver, and it significantly reduces the hassle of taping and protecting adjacent areas. The adhesive on the tape is strong but doesn't leave behind any residue, ensuring that my paint lines are crisp and clean. I appreciate the attention to detail in designing this product, as it shows that the manufacturers understand the needs of DIY enthusiasts.Another aspect I love is the durability of the film. It can withstand paint splatters, drips, and even minor abrasions without tearing or compromising the protection it provides. This makes it a reliable choice for both indoor and outdoor projects. In terms of value, the PlazMask Pre-Taped Masking Film offers an affordable solution compared to buying separate rolls of masking film and tape. Plus, the time and effort saved during each project are invaluable.Overall, I can't recommend the PlazMask Pre-Taped Masking Film enough. It has simplified my DIY painting endeavors, saved me time, and consistently delivered outstanding results. If you're a DIY enthusiast like me, this product is a must-have for your toolkit.

Sticks great
I've never been a fan of plastic film or pre taped. But I've reordered this exact product 3 times. It sure is better than paper (for me). It speeds up the prep time and it stays stuck (8hrs)

Easy to work with.
We used this to tape plastic over outdoor windows to stain our log home. The window trim is rough-sawn cedar. It was windy when we applied, and it held up great, leaving minimal residue on the cedar. We were able to remove the residue with goo gone.

This stuff is great!
Like the title says, this stuff is great! It makes masking a breeze! The tape sticks pretty good and leaves no residue! Just apply like you're applying tape then unfold the masking plastic to your desired length, then when you're done clean up is just as easy, just peel the tape ball up the plastic and throw it in a garbage bag. Though the masking material is pretty thin an light weight so I probably wouldn't recomend it for windy outdoor conditions or for masking areas that are going to see alot of foot traffic. Though a couple of steps here or there on it would be okay. But if you're going to be walking on the masking I'd definitely go with something thicker. Fortunately I wasn't walking on it too much and it worked great for me.

Very cheap
This product is supposed to make your job a little easier because it's pre-taped. But it makes it's harder. The plastic is very thin. It easily gets stuck to the tape and rips when you try to pull it apart. It almost behaves like saran wrap. I also had use more tape to reinforce it. I will not purchase this again.

Worked Really Well
This worked great for blocking off areas of my house I did not want to get dry wall dust on. It stuck to the walls and ceilings for almost a week. When removed it did not damage the paint or the finish on the wooden paneling. In some areas I did layer two sheets for extra security. And you have to unroll slowly or it will stick to itself. And be ready with the scissors if standing on ladder or stool. Definitely will buy more for our next home renovation project.

Needed to mask and stain a log cabin- FAST- before it go too cold out!
Had a beautiful 2 story Log home built a year ago and with the logs fully dried out and settled, it was time to stain the exterior. The cabin over looks a lake and has a LOT of big, beautiful windows...that needed to be masked off, so we could spray on the stain and then "brush it in" into every nook and cranny. That meant a strong potential for overspray, especially with some of the winds we experienced during the 4 day project. Plazmask to the rescue! We were able to mask all of the windows and doors QUICKLY. The bright yellow color allows you to easily see what you are covering...and what you aren't! I'd say that the "adhesive stickiness) is near perfect to allow the masking to stay in place and still be easily removed off of those 2nd story windows about 15 ft up! I will suggest buying a cheap and narrow plastic putty knife and use that to easily and consistentdly depress the masking tape on the edge- onto the surface of whatever it is you want to cover. Having two people to put this stuff up in windy conditions is SUPER helpful, as the wind can easily whip the sheeting around as you put it in place and then pull it out of the folds as it comes rolled up. We also found that by pre-positioning masking tape on the sides and the bottom of the windows and leaving it sticking out from the edge 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch. Then we could then easily cut the plastic to size, hold the plastic in place and then simply "roll" the tape over the edge and on top of the plastic covering windows, doors, etc. to seal the edges. Using a 1 1/2 in. maskin tape works well for this. I would Def. suggest this to others and will use it again next summer when we put a finish on the inside of the cabin!
