My replacement
Hi , i have a question for the seller , I bought a Havells bulb Tshape B22 led , 12w from you on 9th feb 2025 , and it is under warranty until 9th Feb 2027, for the past month i have been contacting Havells and Amazon customer care , none of them have sent me my replacement bulb yet . Really poor service , what is the point of having warranty and buying online from you .

Item not checked before sending the order.
Received both bulbs in time. But when we checked it in a holder for changing the old one both the newly received bulbs were not working. Sending orders without checking whether it is working or not. Very bad service.
