After waiting for a month for delivery ,my CS968 was received on Monday of this week and, as I live in the USA I was upset that it had been sent with a European ac plug, notified seller of this? So, I ordered an adapter ,Hooked up the adapter and got nothing ,took adapter back got a power light, no booting though, the remote that came with it looks nothing like the one in the picture ,the same picture that shows a USA ac plug in it ? As a matter of fact the remote seems to do absolutely nothing, no powering of the box even. Change HDMI cable and nothing ! Finally it decided to come on and boot, I have gotten it to power on 3 times in probably 50 attempts! The wifi for some reason when it powers on hooks up and after a few minutes decides to shut itself back off ! It has rebooted itself several times when it does come up to the main screen. Now, I'm sure I have forgotten several things to mention but, my point is I ordered it from China ,have written several e-mails with no responses over the month ,received either a faulty one or they are all a waste of money and , I probably never hear from this company or my options are to ship it back at my expense and a long wait for new one, DO not buy from 3rd parties! Unfortunately I apparently have gotten a piece of plastic that will never work that cost me around $100 or if your brave or have money to throw away go for it. I hardly ever write reviews unless I really love the item or there is a real problem with it. Buyer Beware on this item.I forgot to add that yes I have written to the seller several times with no response ! And when and if I do it will mean a long shipping back with probably another month before they get one back to me??? This devise has plenty of get up and go for. Driving video content from the Internet. It's even able to support basic word processing tasks if you'd like. I have no complaints with this devise at all.I give the devise a four star rating because of the remote that comes with it. Like any computer, you'll need a real key board and a mouse. The remote doesn't really support either if these I/O requirements. You'll need to buy a wireless key board with a touchpad to overcome this issue.
