Love this. Durable. Fun. Challenging. Effective. Was concerned that it wouldn't support my weight. It does. We hung it from two weight bearing eye bolts shoulder width apart (based on my height and width). Used rock climbing rope between the swing/trapeze's included 4 carabiners and the ceiling so it can be adjusted in how low it is to the floor. I'm in my 40's, bored with working out at the gym, and have become a couch potato. This device has inspired me to exercise again. Realized how much my body was out of alignment when I first used this. Heard several joints pop - feels so much better. Neck & shoulder pain has been greatly reduced. Even my jaw pain (TMD/TMJ) has subsided! No more daily doses of Naproxen Sodium (Aleve). Breathing has improved too. I LOVE how using this stretches muscles & joints. Feels like my posture has corrected some. Can feel it tightening core/torso muscles. Really good price. Quality stitching. Quality all around actually. Recommended it to my elderly mother. Comes with matching pull-string pouch for storage. Compact enough to fit in shoe box. I'm going to hand wash mine and hang to dry. Do not suggest putting in electric dryer, as it will likely shrink and/or melt. Cold water wash. *TIP* Youtube has extensive videos on these devices.

Missing Parts!
It's okay, but I only received 2/4 washers, so now I have to make a trip to the hardware store - which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. Not cool.

It did not even come with directions, so hanging ...
It did not even come with directions, so hanging it is not even an option. The rope feels very poorly made and even if I did just tie it and hang it up, I do not feel it would hold weight. The rope is something that could be purchased for half the price at the hardware store.

Great for fitness and relaxation
I love my yoga swing. Ive been able to travel with it and have gotten regular use of it at home. It was on of my favorite pieces of exercise equipment

You need to buy additional hardware! If your giving as a gift or want to use it immediately - remember to get ALL the hardware!The color is pretty!

Nice quality, great price!
This is my second yoga swing. I wanted to compare the quality to my first one since this was substantially less expensive. I am very pleased with it! I highly recommend this swing!
