Hi, what variety are these and when were they harvested?

I think they are harvested in Hawaii. For variety, I know of only this variety shown in the picture. The Macadamia nuts are in Shell !!

If I order thru Amazon, will you be able to ship this year 2021 harvested crop ? Do you print harvest year on your packaging ?

Tough nut

Impossible to crack. Usually the ones I bought elsewhere were scored and came with a small tool. Buyer beware does not take return . Sitting with 3 lbs of raw nuts . Nuts
