The battery was pricey for me. It works beautifully! I do not regret spending the money. I do wish, you would follow through with the perks offered to me, the gift card and discount were perfect since I am preparing the laptop to be in bed with me during my difficult stages of recovery. I decided to open an account then, which would be perfect, not receiving the promised gift card and discounts have made my fixed-income living stressful. There was an incorrect billing, and my charger, which I do love, was on Sale, This convinced to to buy when I had 2 already. I do love it. Now, I need RAM sticks!!! I would prefer to use Amazon's electronics, which have far been excellent, the live staff is amazing, and parts are easy, and shipping returns are fantastic {except the billing} Now, make me feel valuable and please help me with Ram stick, I need speed, and capacity for my designs. I hear they are approx. $12.00 Sincerely, Annie,, how do I build my credit? Should I pay some or use it monthly? Use a different method when paying. I seriously want to increase my credit and get some credit, I am starting over, you can do some research, I have owned several businesses and properties. Your application has a problem with my housing cost, ridiculous. I live with my boyfriend of 13 years, our home is paid in full, and our only costs are homeowners $400. we split and PGE we split, taxes are regularly paid. Works Great
So far, so good. Arrived in a timely fashion, I charged it for 24 hrs. before first use and no problems! Did what HP couldn't manage to help me do in 2 frustrating days. Thank you. Happy Holidays! :)

Battery not charging
I bought this battery in December 2024 and It was working at the time when i got it but i haven't used it since and today February 22 2025 i tried to use it but the battery won't charge.
