THIS IS THE WEIRDEST FIVE STARS REVIEW!
just got it today (July 10th) overall, this is a nice mp3 player! i tried the normal heaphones, the sound was great, but no matter how many times i tried to connect to bluetooth heaphones, this popped up! i don't know if this is because of my bluetooth heaphones, or the player, but i really need to know how to fix this, or i'll have no way but return it! ***UPDATE*** so i contacted the seller and they offered me a new replacement, it just came today (July 18th) as the video showed, the new one couldn't even find the bluetooth headphone, so once again, i contacted the seller to tell them about my problem! they immediately refunded without returning two mp3 players, no questions asked! please note that i only bought the player just because of the bluetooth function, and both of them seemed to have problems either connecting or finding my bluetooth headphones - so they're somewhat defected - but if you don't mind plug in the 3.5 jack headphones, they still work! overall, 5 stars for the seller, and the best customer service i've ever known! the product, not so much!

Great MP3... if you can deal with these problems
This MP3 player is a great little MP3. It is small and has great storage. But there are a handful of problems with it. First the battery life is horrible. It says that battery lasts for 18 hours but actually it is 18 with headphones. 7-9 hours with Bluetooth. When watching a movie it gets down to 6 hours. For me it was way less. Maybe 3-5 hours on Bluetooth. So, what you would want to do is to keep it plugged in the whole time. Secondly the Bluetooth is not that great. If your MP3 is connected to headphones or a speaker via Bluetooth and then you plug it in to charge it you have to re-connect the bluetooth. If you go to record something it disconnects the Bluetooth. A handful of other things will disconnect the Bluetooth. The only time that it will automatically re-connect is when the MP3 player stays on the whole time while your speaker is turned off then back on. Most annoying of all though is the fact that between two songs or after you pause the song it will cut off the first several seconds once it is started again. If none of these problems are important to you then go ahead and buy it. Other than these problems it has been a great MP3 player. UPDATE I talked with the manufacturer and of the things that I listed a the battery was defective (which was taken care of) and the other problems I had are explained up front here: 1. The player supports up to 18 hours music playtime with wired Earbuds, or up to 7 hours music playtime with Bluetooth Earbuds, or up to 3-4hours video playtime after full charged. If the battery life is much shorter than it, the battery is defective. 2. Normally the player won’t be out of connect if it’s in charged. If you want to record, the Bluetooth must be out of connect, after you complete the record, come back to Bluetooth interface, the Bluetooth will connect automatically. Maybe there is something wrong with the Bluetooth interface. 3. If switch songs or play song after pause, it will take about two seconds to play. After a while you will get used to it and currently it works just fine. You can listen to it plugged in our most of the day on Bluetooth. With my problems explained I would bump my review from one star to four stars because I now know what to expect and it is not defects.

Great for Music, Okay for Audio Books
I bought this to listen to audio books while walking and doing chores. Overall, I'm happy with this MP3 player. The sound is fine, and the battery life is more than adequate. The 32 GB is roomy enough to hold plenty of files. This device came with a handy wrist strap, which is comfortable, secure, and easy to adjust. It also came with a lanyard, which I've yet to use. The only negative is the touchy interface. It took me some time and practice to learn how to rewind and fast-forward if I lost my place in the book, or accidently shifted to an earlier or later track. It's still difficult to manage. The interface is small and sensitive, and sometimes I double-tap by accident, advancing the book when I don't mean to. Particularly for books that have several chapters on each track (which is many of them), this is frustrating. I have to figure out where I am and then hold down the fast-forward or rewind button until I get to where I was. This is the price we pay for having a device that's very small and easy to slip in a pocket or strap to a wrist. For listening to music, this earns a full five stars. For listening to audio books, I'd give it three stars due to the interface issue. Overall, this MP3 player was what I needed, and I'm enjoying listening to my audio books and to music on this handy little device.

Update 12/1/19 - Stop Connecting to laptop or phone -
UPDATE 12/1 The player is not recognized anymore by the laptop, unable to add songs to it from the laptop and even from my phone. Everytime it connects to any other device charges, but not recognized as an external memory. I even reset to manufacturing settings and format the memory, nothing, very bad. Sadly my window to return ended 2 days ago. I am not sure how to contact the seller or the manufacturer. Not recommended I got this mp3 player one week ago and I used it in 5 occasions. None was long enough (2 to 3hs) to validate battery life, however I charged it when I got it and so far still showing full battery. Pro: Well built, heavier than an ipod shuffle, lot of storage 32 GB, reasonable display with several options, BT connection is very good, I can leave the mp3 in my jacket and workout somewhere else in the gym and still no lost connection (around 90 feet from the mp3 player). It comes with a watch band and a clip, both looks ok, I have not used either one, I just put the player in the pocket of my shorts, it is small enough. While the mp3 is small, it could be large in your wrist. Sound is very good, but in general all are. I have not used equalizers yet, but I like the sound of the music as it is, not too bass heavy, if you like that, the equalizer could help you Cons FM radio is poor, like most of these player, and you need the wired headphones as antenna. If you want a FM radio, buy one with a good antenna included in the device. This mp3 player is for music I was not able to make it show the album covers, but I am not sure if it is the player or me. Need to do more playing. Overall better than many, very happy with my purchase

Really Wanted to like the TIMMKOO MP3 Player, BUT...
I really really wanted to like this device. Excellent price, 32Gigs!!!, BT, decent reviews. So I purchased it to replace my ancient Ipod Nano 5th Gen 16Gig, from 2015!!! Initially I was impressed with the weight of the MP3 player, and how solid and compact the build seemed. The Watchband and "Clip" accessories seemed to be decent, but I settled on the Clip as the watchband was a bit to tight even on its last hole. Set up took a bit to get going but device was fully charged. Initially my Mac wouldn't recognize the drive, but after about a dozen attempts it showed up. It wouldn't accept my playlists, but did take the whole music folder. it took about 2 hours to load the player to capacity. Other settings like time were input and like others mentioned it only shows military time which is disappointing. Pairing was not as easy as advertised and took several tries to get each of two different sets of headphones, and two BT speakers connected. Sound seemed excellent at all ranges, and the wired headphones and earbuds also sounded great. However, just using the device was a bit of a hassle. The touch screen was not very accurate and took multiple attempts at hitting just the right line to select songs. I have big fingers but seriously. And the operating system is pretty basic, straight forward file management. No bells, no whistles, no easy rating, or "hearting" of favorites, no album art...nothing, as was mentioned in other reviews. I know grading it against a touch wheel, itunes, and the ipod os is a little steep. Left it to charge overnight. Now for the saddest part of the review. I had forgotten to use the device for a day or two, and when I finally turned it on and connected a wired headphone, the battery said it was full. Sat down to do some mobile gaming on my phone at the par. I kept accidentally turning the player off as it doesn't have any kind of "LOCK" button and the On/Off seems unnaturally sensitive, and within minutes the player died. Checked it and said battery was dead. Confusing. I know I charged it for a full night. So plugged it into a battery pack, and left it on the table. One hour later battery said full, plugged in some earbuds, clipped it to my slingbag, and still seated, put my bag over my head. Now as I said the weight of the Player impressed me earlier, now however, the clip was unable to keep the player attached to the strap, and even pulled the Player off the earbuds. It fell maybe three feet and the screen cracked, a quarter way up from one corner, and chipped around the edge in another spot. Disappointing to say the least. I've dropped my Ipod Nano 5th Gen hundreds of times, with not but scratches in the aluminum. Only a weeks use and I seem to have a brand new player with a cracked screen and possible battery issues. For ~$40 bucks I guess it's not so bad, but I'm guessing I'll be looking to replace this one very soon. Like I said I really wanted to like it. ~$40 for a 32G, BT, MP3 player, the size of a watch?!? Should I try and ask for a refund or just chalk it up to a lessoned learned? Thats my dilemma now.

Incredible product. But it suddenly stopped working. :(
Before I begin, I just wanted to say that I love this product. I used it almost every single day. Paired with my Bluetooth headphones, I would tear through my workout while rocking out to my favorite songs. I loved it. One day however, I picked it up and tried to turn it on. It didn't. Thinking it needed to be charged I plugged it in. When you plug the device in, a little green battery icon appears on the screen showing you that it is now charging. It didn't. Thinking it just needed to be reset, (which pained me because I had to manually download every single song onto it. I had about 250 songs), I plugged it into my computer. The screen didn't light up on the device, and my computer didn't even recognize it was there. This is the same computer that I downloaded all of my songs onto it previously. I slowly began to realize that this device turned from being one of the favorite things I own, to an over-glorified paper weight. The device was entirely useless. It wouldn't charge, it wouldn't turn on, and now I workout in silence. I still give it 3 stars just because I enjoyed it so much. Hopefully, I can get another one sent to me because, let's be honest, working out in silence is pretty depressing....

Very good, especially for the price!
Downloading all my music to it took about 30 minutes, and the earbuds provided actually stay in my ears unlike most - the music stayed high quality and I’ve had difficulties with Bluetooth but that doesn’t really bother me since I have the earbuds. The watch strap is risky because I have such a small wrist that it pulls on the sides of the rubber holding the player and it starts to come out, so that’s why I use the clip - which stays very well and is awesome and easy to use! Crazy amount of gigs on this thing, very awesome. Kind of irritating that there are only 3 playlists and I can’t add any more or change the names but I guess that comes with buying a player so amazingly cheap so it’s all worth it. I can run around listening to music without a bulky phone and I’m sure this will last years. Great product!

The Timmkoo's Bluetooth does not connect with Jabra Elite 75t wireless earbuds.
Let me first say that the company's customer service is absolutely stellar! I had a challenge getting a pair of Jabra earbuds to connect with the MP3 player, and they quickly rectified the situation. Kudos to this company!! The Timmkoo MP3 player itself is really quite amazing. You just have to try it and see for yourself. I purchased it to use as a running companion when I'm out on the roads and the functionality and sound of my downloaded music is really very good. I like the fact that it came with two methods to carry it: a waistband/pocket clip AND a wristband (my preference). This little guy even comes with a radio feature with presets that surprised me. I have also paired my Bose Bluetooth speaker with the Timmkoo and listen to the radio in the house. I highly recommend this player and heartily endorse the company and their over-the-top customer service. More companies would do well to follow their policies and attention to detail. UPDATE: I didn't realize it until I started playing with it, but you can shuffle songs as well. Really nice feature when you're listening to playlists. Liking this little guy!
