I purchased this for an 80 yea old friend who struggles to stand, and when he finally stands, he’s dizzy from the effort. He wasn’t sure he wanted or needed this chair, but THANKED me for it within the first 12 hours!!! He was amazed at how comfortable & easy to use the chair is, and how he can be sitting, then standing with no effort. The chair moves at the perfect pace as to not envoys dizzy- or light headed-ness. And, the remote doesn’t have extra buttons to cause confusion. The fabric feels thick & quality.

Great fabric nice in size but unfortunately the seat of the chair is uncomfortable due to on both side of the seat has a hard surface and you can feel it.. after a long day it does intend to rug your hips/ pressure.. maybe some extra cushioning would solve in issue.. and keep the chair at the same cost.. I’d give it a 5 star… butt.. I’d say overall a 3.5 star!!

It was easy to put together and it works just right for me to get out of easily. I was surprised at how quite it operates. I have had others that the motors gave off a sound as it moved. This one was totally quite.

Part of the assembly is to attach a couple brackets to the bottom of the chair to keep it from tipping over when the user is reclined. Seems like an added safety feature that likely wasn't included in the original product. The holes drilled into the metal were either too high so this added safety feature is unusable. Not good.

I had to cancel the order for this chair. It already been shipped and Amazon said I needed to contact the supplier with my request. After several emails, all of which we answered promptly (some within minutes.) All emails were polite and professional. ANJ HOME was able to intercept the shipment and gave me a full refund. I could not have asked for better customer service.

I used this for my 91 year old dad who uses a walker most times. He used it mainly for the recline component. We had purchased same for 90 year old mom a few months earlier mainly for the lift component. It wa a great purchase for her and worked beautifully. However, it seens the motor for my Dad's chair broke within about 2 months and the chair was stuck in the recline position. It took a couple of days of back-and-forth communication for them to finally be able to view the video I sent of the problem. Through this back and forth to give them the proof they needed, they were surprisingly very prompt in responding to each correspondence from me. We were shocked to see a big box on our doorstep within about six days--it was a brand new chair. We were informed that we did not have to return the old chair.I'm sure will be as happy with this chair as we were with the one my mom received .The promptness of response and the overall customer service was absolutely excellent.

Product was purchased for my husband who has difficulty getting up out of a sitting position. He loves the chair. We may purchase another one at some time in the future. Thank you.

She loved the chair, but it didn't last long . She weighs alot and it broke.
