Amazing mug machine took time to find the setting but its a beast!

Does not have clear instructions. Worked poorly in gaging temperature.

Does not hold temperature. Has ruined more mugs than it has sublimated properly. Instructions do not help. Very rarely do we write a negative review. We have no choice. It was a lot of money for a product that did not work.

Hasn’t worked right since the second day . Tried to order a replacement 4 times and has been canceled every time

The media could not be loaded.  When the mug press was inboxes, right away there was a metal piece that was just sitting in the box. Not sure still where it goes. The sticker facing was off and had to be peeled off of plastic and placed on machine. The power button on one of the press stations was hanging out and could not be put back into place. The instructions were poorly written and did not state if the temperature gauge was either Celsius or Fahrenheit. We ended up figuring out ourselves that it was Celsius. Sorry in the USA we use Fahrenheit and I don't want to have to figure it out everytime I need to use it. Then the first time of turning one of the stations on, it made a loud pop sound and started smoking. The inner part of the mat started pulling away from the metal while smoking. The silicone cover had bubbles forming under it as in the pictures. I am returning the machine as I am afraid to use it after it started smoking. The seller was responsive and understood.

The press worked great for couple of hours then one of the stations stopped getting hot.
