This is awesome. Rolls out smoothly and really cuts down on dough sticking to the pin. Nice that I don't have to over-flour my dough (which dries it out) just to stop it from sticking to a pin and breaking little pieces off.One thing I noticed and am wondering about is if the sleeve is meant to be removed for cleaning? That would be tedious. When I tested the pin out, I just used a damp cloth to wipe it clean. I'm thinking that for some dough I might end up lifting the edges of the sleeve to get the pin really clean.Another plus is that this comes in nice colors and I was able to get a red one to match the rest of my kitchen. Very practical tool for all cooks and bakers.
