COSMOLiving by COSMOPOLITAN Mercer Upholstered Bed - Queen - Grey Linen

Bed arrived within a couple weeks. Packaged well, no damage noted. Took about two hours for my husband to put it together. Not hard. Very sturdy does not wobble with the extra side pieces attached to headboard. We have a king size, very heavy, double spring mattress. The mattress is 15 inches high. We also put a 2 inch topper on it, and it fit nicely. Still plenty of headboard showing. See pics. Super pleased with our purchase!! Beautiful material easy to wipe clean. Great price as we compared in store prices and could not compete with quality or price!! Please note, the “Light Grey” color is really a linen color. We love the color, although not as it is shown. Absolutely we would recommend this bed to anyone who wants a quality sturdy beautiful bed.

It took me about an hour and 1/2 to setup. The instructions were easy to follow, and once finished it looked awesome. My wife was impressed with the quality. We're using (2) twin XL adjustable bed bases instead of the slants.

The BED Frame is essentially cosmetic, merely “wrapping” around the Adjustable Base(s).-**IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER: The Slat Support “Side Rails” (LABELED “E”) which bolt in to the sides of the bed with SIX (6) Bolts (LABELED “2”), detailed on pages 9 & 10 or the instructions, are not necessary BUT ARE VERY important to attach for a sturdier headboard!**

I basically assembled this by myself. It looks great. Quality for price is spot on. I don’t like they put a warning for 500lb weight limit cause it’s all I can think about, even though we aren’t close to reaching that - unless it includes mattress weight and boxspring. Which brings me to point out you do not need a boxspring with this unless you want your bed super high (see photo). I don’t have anywhere to store my boxsprings so ours is extra high. Overall I am so happy with this purchase. It came in 2 boxes, hardware was hidden in bedding. If you follow the directions step by step it is beyond easy to assemble, even alone. When you get to the boards literally follow the instructions step by step. Don’t skip ahead. They send extra pieces (I broke one getting ahead of myself, and it still turned out perfect. I feel for king size the price was affordable compared to other bed frames I’ve been inquiring about. Overall, very pleased!

This is the third upholstered bed we have purchased and the value and quality of the Mercer is outstanding. It's as good as the ones we've paid much more for. If you like the look online, you will be very pleased with your purchase. As others have said, it's more of an off white than a grey but it's a cool off-white, not yellow at all. It's very sturdy and only took about 2 hours for two of us to put together because every screw connection was positioned perfectly. I would recommend watching a video on how to put the wood slats into the metal support bars. We went a little wrong on that step and had to take them out which caused some connector feet to break. The mfg was very quick to send us out replacement ones. This bed is a winner!

This bed is horrible . It’s super cheap quality and broke the first week of using it just by sitting on the end of the bed . I would not recommend.

No storage capacity so I can’t rate this. The frame was delivered and setup yesterday. It took 2 weeks to be assembled and delivered to OK (not a problem).1) The material was boxed well and nothing missing.2) Easy to assemble. Spouse and I assembled to cut down time (1h30m).Only thing to note are the plastic lock caps for support wood that is locked into frame. There are plastic end caps (small) and middle caps (Large). This is something you must pay attention to because if you snap an end cap Into the center metal frame you will end up breaking the plastic locks on the caps When you try to remove. I believe that is why there are comments about the cheap plastic. The plastic works well but I’m only 1 day in so we shall see.3. Bed looks good but now it’s time to change wall colors for a more modern and cooler color to match the frame.
