Bad Bad smell
I recently received the jar of , but unfortunately, I noticed a very strong, unpleasant odor, reminiscent of rotten fish. The smell was so overwhelming that I couldn't use the product and had to discard it immediately to avoid the horrible stench.

Broken Jar...
Excited to receive the item so I could start making my barbecue pork but the jar arrived broken leaving my house like a crime scene with a trail of "blood marks" everywhere. I saw another buyer with a similar experience but I thought maybe they were just unlucky but here I am with a broken jar. I can't possibly return this and don't know if I can get a refund. Disappointed.

impossible to open jar
no-one in our house or neighbours could unscrew the jar,, although we tried all assistance grips, running under hot water etc.....and we had to throw the jar away
