Love this item, it's comfortable & smooths out my mid-section nicely. It's not meant to suck you in like a corset, just smooth out the extra poochiness. Don't buy too tight thinking it will work better, it will only make things worse. Buy it according to your appropriate sizing & you'll be happy.Also I have a pretty severe spine injury so I am always needing to wear a brace for back support which is a real bummer because it shows through my clothes or have to wear in too of clothes but....with this tummy slimmer, it works as back support too & ive been wearing it under my clothes & it's not visible at all. Not only does it smooth out my tummy, it supports my back as well! Love it!

I hate giving reviews but I had to. Do not waste your money. Rolls down from top and up from bottom. Aweful!!!!

good support for your back and tummy

It fits fine but it does roll down on body. It is breathable and comfortable

Rolls up under the boobs. Is nothing like the description and is total crap. The takeaway: Don't waste your money.
