I bought this machine because my old one which is exactly same machine got broke but as soon as I hold the machine I notice there was something wrong because it was way lighter than what I used to had. And plugged in and it doesn’t work so I open the machine I bought (second picture) and open my old one( first picture) It’s missing MOTOR!!!!! Seriously? What a joke

This product was such a disappointment. First of all, I had a very difficult time removing the bit that came in the drill. Following their included instructions. I had to use a set of needle nose wire pliers. Once I finally got the bit that came in it out, NONE of the other bits would fit the drill. I couldn’t even get the one that came inside it, back in the drill. This is such a disappointment. I am returning!! Don’t waste your money on this drill.

I wanted to save money and start doing my own nails. This is so easy to use & is like a professional drill because of the speed control. Being my first time I only moved it up two notches - I don't know that I will ever be able to use it at max speed but at least I know I can increase the speed.

I ordered this and have used it about 4-5 times. The return window closed and this thing just quit. It was not used heavy or incorrectly. It overheated and now doesn't work at all.

I've ordered this drill before and it works great, if not better than the actual nail salon. Be great and work on what you love. Even if you mess up, keep trying. And this drill makes learning easy for me!

Great product, works fantastic bought for my girlfriend and she loves it, but the plastic on it makes it look and feel cheap I would use a stronger or a plastic that makes it fancy looking but my opinion but works as described nothing wrong with it, very strong unit

I received an empty shell. There was nothing inside the casing. The minute I began to unbox and lifted the main housing I knew something was wrong because it was too light. Plus it feels too plasticky. DO NOT BUY AND HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE HASSLE OF THE RETURN PROCESS.

My daughter and I ordered this so that we could have an activity we could do together. I am a certified nail technician and have used professional quality nail drills in the past. I do feel that this drill works just as well. That said, I am currently not working as a nail tech, so I have not run this machine for 10 - 12 hour days to see how it holds up under such demand; it has been used solely for personal use.I note some customers had concerns about changing the bits; I have had no issues with this at all.

Great for removing gel nails. Light weight. Love that you can use without foot pedal. Comes with SO MANY tips. Would definitely recommend this.
