I am a professional dog groomer with my own small business. I am familiar with diluting shampoos and conditioners and followed the dilution instructions on this shampoo and many others that I’ve bought from Bark2Basics. This shampoo however-even when diluted properly- gave many of clients dogs rashes with itchy/bumpy and dry skin that appeared shortly after their appointments with me. I’m extremely embarrassed as this has NEVER happened with any other shampoo I’ve used from B2B and of course disappointed after having bought so many good products from them. This product is absolutely not hypoallergenic and caused horrible reactions in many of my dogs from the last several weeks. This is the only new thing I’ve been using and I unfortunately just had to throw it away since I am out of the return window. 10/10 would not buy this one again.

As a professional groomer, I don't care for this shampoo. It's doesn't lather all that well, and it smells cheap, not a fresh clean smell. Coat doesn't feel as good as it should after bathing. Don't recommend.

I used it for clients at a grooming shop. None of the dogs (average about 45 daily) ever had a reaction to the product! Tearless! Dogs came out of bath fluffy and non greasy! Great product!

I am a professional groomer. I use this as a primary bath for my dogs. I use a more scented shampoo for the secondary bath. Been using this for years, I am very happy with it.

Love the way smells

Product does not produce much lather so I needed to use more than I expected. So I don’t think it saved me any money to buy this.

Very nice & light scent. My babies hair was soft and shiny. Very pleased.
