vest is good quality, comfortable to wear and very sturdy by design in terms of the straps to hold it in place. Worn it a few times to walk the dog and makes a difference to how hard the walk now is. Worth the money.

The Surreal Weighted Vest has proven to be a stellar addition to my fitness gear. I opted for this vest due to its appealing price point, especially considering the higher-end options out there. Its design boasts evenly distributed weights in the form of removable sandbags, which I found incredibly convenient for adjusting the load based on the intensity of my workout. Whether I'm running or engaging in HIIT training, the additional shoulder padding and adjustable Velcro straps make for a snug and comfortable fit, which is crucial for any size. I appreciate the vest's one-size-fits-all approach, thanks to the padded design that doesn't compromise mobility. A distinctive feature is that the vest doesn't soak up sweat, a common issue with workout gear, maintaining its weight and comfort throughout the exercise. While the weight can be noticeable at times, it's a small trade-off for the vest's effectiveness in amplifying my workouts. Whether for casual hikes or strenuous pull-up sessions, this vest is a valuable tool for anyone looking to step up their fitness game.

1) My 20kg Version weights exactly 20kg which is a good start.2) It was extremely uncomfortable when I put it on, because the weighted pouches are effectively on the 'inside' of the vest - which is unusual for weighted vest design, but what it means is that you have the rough edges of the openings for each pouch against your body without any real padding. Not usable in my opinion.3) So I reversed the vest so that the pouches are on the outside. Fortunately the way they have produced the velcros on both sides of the large straps means that even when reversed you can still tie/fasten the straps effectively.Having done that, the vest was extremely comfortable. I have been walking with many different weighted vests for years, and this is a good one. For the reason that more load is on the 'back' rather than the front (in my 20kg version 40% of the load is on the front and 60% on the back). The back coverage is really good and I find that distribution really helps with an appropriate walking posture. When you have too much load on the front it pulls you forwards naturally rather than maintaining an upright walking position. Also, since there are so many pouches spreading the weight (38 pouches in total), it is far less bulky overall than other vests where the weight is more concentrated - which means that with this vest you don't look like you have a distorted torso or weight 200kg with a huge belly/chest (if that sort of thing matters to you). With a coat on over it, I doubt anyone would know I was wearing it.Build quality seems ok for the purpose.Overall despite the 'reversal' issue, I recommend this. For me it is a very good vest that makes carrying the 20kg easy and it was a pleasure to use - most comfortable one I have ever tried and very good for my posture.

Good price and prefect for me. Comfortable fit and easily adjustable weight. I would say this is well made and of good quality materials

This is a good vest to use to start stepping up the intensity of your workout whether a first timer or a pro. Nice and comfortable to wear and removable sand bags are easy to deal with.

Fits well and sits comfy however the sand bags are hard to interchange incase you want a lighter weight, the Velcro straps are Strong and do hold up well during an intense run. Can feel a bit tight around the armpit after a while if wearing though would be the only downside, I’d personally have it cut for a bit bigger arms

Have been using this for over two months now, well worth the money i paid for It, took out all the pouches and weight it, then as i lost weight i added pouches back into the vest, great for work outs and walks. 10/10

I bought this weight vest in order to turn my twice daily dog walk into a minor workout. I bought the 15kg version and have been able to easily remove 5kg to start. Results thus far have been satisfactory - I've lost weight, reduced body fat but maintained skeletal muscle mass. The vest is robustly made. I agree with another reviewer that it's not the most comfortable to wear with the weight bags on the inside of the vest. However, I walk 8,000+ steps per day with this - I do not run and therefore it's more than adequate for the job and represents good value to me.

Hallo Zusammen,um mein Training noch zu Intensivieren habe ich mir die 20 Kg Weste bestellt und muss sagen, das ich positiv überrascht bin. Heute das erste mal mit der Weste gelaufen und die sitzt sehr gut. Durch denn Klett kann man die nach seinen Wünschen einstellen. Natürlich muss man sich erstmal dran gewöhnen, weil 20 Kg schon eine Hausnummer ist.Gruß

Très bon produit, bonne qualité, ce qui est dommage c'est que l'encolure est un peu large et a tendance à tomber sur les épaules.
