I bought this under-knee pillow hoping it would help with lower-back stiffness from sleeping on my back, and it has honestly made a noticeable difference from the first night. The foam is firm enough to keep my knees elevated without sinking down, but still soft enough to feel comfortable all night. It doesn’t flatten out, even after several hours of use. The curved shape fits naturally under the knees and keeps my legs aligned so I’m not waking up with hip or back pain. The cover is soft, breathable, and easy to remove for washing, which is a huge plus. It also stays in place—no sliding around or bunching under the blanket. If you’re a back sleeper, dealing with sciatica, pregnancy discomfort, or general lower-back tension, this pillow offers real support without feeling bulky or awkward. I like this pillow because it gives me just enough lift under my knees to help ease my back pain while I’m in bed. When I lay on my side, it’s nice to put my knee and arm over the pillow lengthwise for more comfort.

I use this one under my knees when I sleep on my back, and I use it between my knees when I am laying on my side, and the difference was immediate from the first night. I sleep more comfortably and don't wake up as often during the night. It's a perfect size and is firm enough to hold my legs but also soft enough to squish to the right shape as I sleep.

I bought this because I have a sore knee that doesn’t really straighten out anymore. I sleep much better if it’s a little bent, this is a nice knee pillow. It’s a little hard. I don’t know if maybe that will change overtime. I’m also petite so sometimes it feels like my knees are a little high while I’m sleeping and using it. I know it’s supposed to be firm and it’s that memory foam type of pillow so it works fine. I probably will try to find one. That’s just a smidge softer if I were to buy another one.

This pillow has made a real difference, when I sleep. It keeps my legs in alignment, when I side sleep and relieves pressure when I sleep on my back.

Nice length. It is the typical memory foam but works for intended use. Compresses depending on leg position but just shift you weight and it instantly recovers. Nice quality.

Comfortable, versatile pillow. Can use under the knees or thighs on your back, as hip prop on your stomach, or between your knees on your side. Just the right firmness. Getting the pillow case on and off for washing isn’t that easy so I cover it up with a regular one, and wash it instead.
