I'm making chocolate extract with these. I started one batch three days ago and WOW I can already smell the chocolate in the bottle. That's amazing in just three days! The package arrived on time and the nibs were very fresh. I would recommend these to anyone wanting to make an extract or anything you want to bake in etc. Nice product.

I have been adding these to my coffee smoothies and have tasted great! Now that I am down to the middle of the bag, I have come across several super hard nibs that even my blender could not break down. It's like finding tiny pebbles in your drink! Yuck!

This is my first time ever eating raw cacao nibs so I didn’t know what to expect. I was thrown off by the taste which is to say there really is no taste. I enjoyed the crunchy texture tho & it went well with my cherry nice cream!

Very dark flavored, not rich tasting, but that isn't a bad thing for me. I have only gotten one or two tiny pieces too hard to chew. it's a natural product so I expect that. I would buy them again.

Very fresh, perfect to use in smoothies gives you a pick me up great chocolate taste.

Its aroma lasts longer than other brands, very appealing. It has a bitter taste in comparing to other brands and its texture is smooth, unlike other brands, having small hard parts inside the nip.

many hard bits, have to pick out the nibs being used in recipes to be sure none of the extra hard nibs make their way in. taste isn’t very delightful, i’ve had other cacao nibs and these tasted off
